Perfect for my 5 year old!
My 5 year old LOVES this bow & arrow set. He is able to aim and shoot with ease and enjoys hitting the targets. The fact that it lights up is just a bonus. The downsides – he loves wearing the quiver, but when he runs around the arrows fall out of it…. and of course a 5 year old will want to run around with his arrows on his back. So this was a disappointment to him. Also, one arrow broke very quickly with normal play. It just snapped in half. For the price we paid ($16.99), I went ahead and gave it 5 stars and would recommend it. I wouldn’t pay much more for it though since I’m not sure they will all last a long time.

Easy to Use and Fun
Kid really is enjoying it. It works well and easy enough for a 5 year old kid to use. The target is a bit smaller than I expected, and there are some cans that haven’t been used. But the actual box and arrows work well. The string might stretch out a little bit, but it’s easy enough to tighten it.

Kids love this but it broke after a couple hours of playing
Kids 7 and 5 both love it. Doesn’t go very far which is good for us. Does shoot fast for a toy and has only stuck to windows. They do come off of the windows extremely easy but with that being said it’s hard for it to stick to windows. Incredibly easy to assemble does need batteries for the light up function. We already had an arrow break after a couple hours of use. The targets are small and made of foam except the actual target. The target is super small that if you put an arrow up to it it covers more than one thing but we have only used it once. The holder works but we can’t get it to stay up right even a little so the arrows don’t come out but the kids don’t care. Overall it’s a fun toy for them

low quality
I was surprised at the low quality. The string on the bow will likely stretch out in no time. One of the connectors on the bow does not work so only half lights up. The arrows barely fly more than 3-4 feet and there’s not enough pressure for the suction cups to stick maybe two out of 10 times. The quiver will not adjust enough to fit properly on the back; sags awkwardly and gets in the way of shooting. This would be fine for 3-5 but not older than that. Disappointed for what I hoped would be an introduction to bows and target shooting.

Disappointing
I got this for my grand daughter’s 7th birthday. She was so excited with the whole idea and couldn’t wait to put the arrows in the quiver and wear it while she shot the arrows.Well, the quiver does not lay properly on the body and lays across the lower back emptying all the arrows on the ground constantly. We tried everything and she was never able to the position it properly so she could reach back & pull out an arrow the way you’re supposed to.Many of the arrows are not straight and the suction cups are deformed. That makes it impossible for a 7 year old to ever hit a target and have those arrows stick. Which by the way, the target is small & very hard for a child to hit and for arrows to stick to. We ended up having her shoot at the windows where the suction cups actual stuck. That’s the only thing we found that worked.Lastly the arrows only flew about 5-6 feet before falling to the ground.So all-in-all this was a big disappointment. She totally lost interest on the day of her party and it just sits in the corner unused. We never even got to the point of putting batteries in it to light up the bow…

Bought this to a 4 years old boy. He loves to play with it. The only downside is that the target is a cheap simple plastic with no illuminating lights. The arrows are great and the bow is fantastic (with lights), sturdy and perfect for his age even for older kids would be great.
