Great laptop for my purpose
We had Hurricane Milton coming at us and I got my 20 year old Dell laptop to transfer my financial data but it was Dead, really Dead. At 85 I did not want to spend $1000 for a new laptop I would hardly use plus this was the only one that would arrive the day before the Hurrican.Works great for my purpose. The Ram memory is not an issue and the storage was easily overcome by using a 2 TB external Hard Drive I had. The screen was easy for me to see even with advanced Macular Degeneration.Great choice considering it fit what I was looking for. Battery life seems good also.

Buyer Beware!!!
I suppose that there is a chance that I just got a faulty machine. Randomly shuts down – sometimes just the page but usually the whole machine. It has happened that neither number keypad would work to enter my pin for re-entry – another cold re-boot. The price was irresistible. I figured that the technology for a computer to serve very basic needs was so common that the risk was minimal that I would get a total dud. But I did. I have had it for 5 days. It’s going back tomorrow. I’ve purchased a slightly smaller unit by a well-known manufacturer.

Windows wants me to activate it – says product key might not be valid
Feedback for: jumper Laptop 16GB DDR5 512GB SSD, Intel Quad-Core N100 Processor (Up to 3.4G), 16″ 1200P FHD Display, Laptops Computer with 4 Stereo Speakers, 38WH Battery, Cooling System, Expandable 256GB TF Card.Good unit, light weight and about 5hr battery life fully charged.The audio output is good on some stations and not loud enough on others.An ethernet cable was not included in the item I purchased. I double checked what’s in the box and the item description does not include an ethernet cable – just be aware of that in case you need one.What I didn’t know was trying to “activate Windows” that there was a possibility for problems.I had to load all the laptop updates and the machine rebooted several times… still have 1 reboot pending I will reboot after typing this feedback. It now says Windows is “activated”Having an issue keeping my android cell phone “paired” with the chromebook laptop – it connects for about 15-seconds and then drops out. This becomes an issue when trying to provide 2nd verification of email passwords and other account access. I didn’t have issues with this on my previous chromebook made about 10-years ago.Those are the issues encountered thus far.Overall the unit seems ready to go and gets online with HOME Wi-Fi.Regards,Charles

I got this PC week ago, and it wroks great so far. The battery can carrry long hours and light weight , so it is very helpful when I travel with it. It has all the port that I normally use, one USB port on each side, one type c, one mini-HDMI. TF card slot can support additional 256GB storage . Audio and Display are also very impressive. the CPU and memory are able to support large game without any issue. Happy with purchase.

Computer would not bootup
Computer would not bootup. Window boot manager was the problem. Gave three stars due to the fact that when I called Amazon customer service they were extremely helpful in trying to fix the problem and when we could not get to the cause, they immediately sent me out a new replacement. will update once I get my new replacement, but must admit the look and the feel of the computer was very nice.

Great on a budget
Purchased for a relative. It feels made of premium quality material and is surprisingly solid. Keyboard is punchy and with good travel. The screen is beautiful and the colors are vivid. Excellent port selection. Indistinguishable from any other brand name laptop. My only complaint is that the top material is shiny and does tend to be a fingerprint magnet. Would recommend particularly if you can get it at a discount.

We bought this laptop as my wife has gone back to full time study. It was to replace an old slow laptop which used to take ages to boot up. This is the complete opposite. Its very fast to start and access any files saved on the hard drive. It also came with a years subscription to microsoft office which was a massive bonus for us. I found the free silicone keyboard protector a nice touch as it will help keep the keyboard clean and (fingers crossed) keep any unwanted spills out. We’ve had this laptop for over a month and are very happy with our purchase. I would recommend this laptop to students and anyone wanting one to surf the internet etc.

Great laptop for the money. The 16 inch screen is bright and clear and an improvement on a 15.6inch. The sound is also very good for a laptop. Very easy to upgrade memory(memory slot pictured is easily accessed from back of laptop.) so was not bothered about the size of the drive it came with. Comes with a years warranty (this may sound standard but bought this laptop as a replacement for a well known brand which devoloped a fault after 7 months and to my dismay found out it only had 6 months warranty.) Also like the soft gel keyboard protector supplied. Looks very good and works well. Mainly use it for general stuff and running music software programs.
