Laptop worked fine, although for a SSD drive I doubted how long it always took to start up. Once on it was fine and served its purpose…..until 5 months in the screen went blue with a sad face and then would not start again. I tried to get in contact with jumper as they state customer service etc, however, while trying to access there website on my other computer the jumper website kept flashing a warning stating insecure and possible phishing site!!!! I contacted Amazon who were incredible in dealing with the matter. UPS collected faulty laptop and 4 days later I had a full refund. You get for what you pay and on this occasion it was not successful, maybe I was unlucky but this review is my personal experience. I have just spent more money and got a slightly less spec laptop from a well known make, fingers crossed.

Laptop was bought for my daughter primarily for homework. Really good price for ram & gb of laptop. Quick, efficient and speedy on all apps, watching you tube and movies/tv shows. No glitching whatsoever.Really impressed with slimline design and how lightweight it is.Would definately recommend 5 *****

If you are looking for a great value general purpose laptop then this is hard to beat. Slim, great screen and decent performance and a fantastic price. It aint no games machine (though runs older titles fine) but for general ad-hoc work using Office, watching movies and browsing the net, it’s great. Having 16gb RAM makes a big difference and the quad core Celeron CPU is decent. The 16″ screen is also very good and all in a slim line modern looking package.

Really happy with this laptop. I just can not believe the power and quality you get for the price. I have used it daily for almost 3 months now and have had no issues at all. It’s fast enough to play games as well as using it for spreadsheets and word processing. Overall, really, really happy with it and would highly recommend.
