Nicest sauna gear
This is really nice sauna gear, itâs not stiff and yes, you sweat in them when you workout. These shorts are also relatively I wore them to work and they look like a pair of running shorts with a liner. They do run a tad small but it depends on your body type and shape as well Iâm sure.

Iâm 5â10 and 187lbs and size large fit great. Super comfortable and easy to put on and take off. The material feels great and it is super absorbent. You will sweat a lot. I paired this with the thermo shirt and I sweated more than I ever have with any other suit. One plus about the fabric is that it will absorb all the sweat so you wonât be walking around dripping in sweat. Overall I highly recommend these shorts to anyone who is looking to shed water weight.

Itâs the real deal!
I was a professional fighter for 13 years and making weight is a big part of the game. I rarely right reviews, but this is something really brilliant! Too small, Not good quality
These items do mot run true too size. You need to purchase at least two sizes up. The quality is very poor and they smell like dry fish when you open the bag. Very disappointed in these items.
