The quality of these products is by far the best i’ve seen so far in baby food gear. Although for me… the utensils are very small and not very practical when it comes to feeding my baby… I think I would have preferred a bigger spoon… besides that they really have great quality and would absolutely keep buying from this brand in the near future.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
The product will speak for itself – its gorgeous, soft, pliable, absolutely adorable. 10/10. However, my 5 stars are more for the customer service I experienced – LALO has recently partnered with Amazon and are still working out some kinks, and I received the incorrect color. Missy from LALO responded immediately and took care of the issue in no time. She was amazing to work with and I would order again from LALO solely based on the customer service. The added bonus is that the product is GORGEOUS!

Cute but it’s alright
I was so excited to get this set however I found that the spoon was really hard to use and would fall easily into the bowl which is game over. The bottom of the bib is too flimsy that it doesn’t really catch half the food and liquids that fall down. The cup’s lid is really hard to open. Bowl and plate are average on stickiness, sometimes it’s sticky sometimes it’s not. Overall the set was very underwhelming and only aesthetically nice.
