Good quality Laptop

Battery life not as good as expected
I think that this is a great laptop but even with a dim screen, battery saver on, and Only a single program running, I find that the battery is draining quicker than expected. Like, doubly fast. It definitely lives longer than my old laptop AND it doesnt leave my home which is why I’m tolerant of that. Besides the battery life discrepancy this is a fantastic laptop for the price. I am a huge fan of the touch screen, Especially when watching movies in bed and I don’t have the mouse.The laptop runs fast, it’s nice and bright when you need it to be, I like the webcam cover and the Built-in microphone. I will try to do some more things to optimize the battery life. I would still highly recommend purchasing.

Replaced my 12 year old HP laptop with this one. The computer far exceeds my expectations! I was surprised to get a great laptop at this price point.

Avoid seller, weak customer support
I purchased this computer in May 2024. It’s a computer a rarely us. Went to turn it on 10/21/24 and it was getting caught on BSOD with a dma verifier violation.Customer service said I needed to do a USB recovery.Settings need to change in the bios which a Microsoft code lock to engage. Now needs a whole new install of Windows 11.I asked for some kind of instructions from seller to get some direct insights since I’m new to this issue and didn’t want to spend hours googling.They just suggested contact levono support even though they the seller “allegedly” built the computer.Avoid this seller. 5 month old computer and nothing can be done great.

Only had the computer for a few days. He said for the money I paid, it was definitely worth it. I donât know much about computers. He does lol if he would recommend it then I would as well. Iâve never been able to afford him one and it took me years to be able to buy this for him. I am so happy that he is happy with the laptop. Thanks Amazon

Es muy rápida al momento de prender, abrir alguna página, ver algún vÃdeo, la función táctil, pero la pila se descarga muuuuy rápido.Nada que no se pueda resolver con ponerla a cargar.De ahà en fuera, me parece una excelente Laptop.
