Good value for the price
Pleasantly surprised by this laptop. I wasnât expecting much for the price. Battery life is much better than expected, I can go a few hours on battery before significant loss with basic computing (internet browsing, word processing, excel). Volume and screen are both good. Lightweight and responsive. I havenât tried much video streaming or gaming, but it should adequately run games that donât have high graphics or processing requirements. Bought primarily for school work and it serves that purpose well.

Brand New to Me
I have had this 2 days. I purchased Laplink PC Mover to move files and apps. While not perfect (see my review), it worked very well and saved a ton of time. I upgraded the RAM and SSD and the Lenovo is very fast. It has a separate numbers keypad which I like. The only lack is a lighted keyboard, but I knew that before buying. I’m old enough to remember when optical drives came on laptops, those days are gone. Happy so far.

No laptop power!
The Lenovo laptop will not power up or hold a charge. So, it’s useless until I can get ahold of someone at Lenovo to fix this situation. None of the troubleshooting Lenovo recommends will work, and Amazon does not want anything to do with the product. So, now I wait to see if Lenovo will fix it or take a return and supply me with a new laptop. Either way, it kind of takes away the deal I got on Prime Day.

Price was right & capacity sufficient.

Solid and capable
Purchased to replace an older Lenovo laptop with which I had a good experience. Plenty of speed and memory. Display could be better but is acceptable for a portable work computer. No performance issues. Did have to purchase an external optical drive for cd’s and dvd’s. Rarely included with today’s laptops. Overall I’m very pleased. Haven’t dropped it yet….

DOES NOT WORK WITH THUNDERBOLT USB-C DOCK
The laptop seems well made and has decent power/performance. It doe NOT, however, include a USB-C that will work with a docking station. The USB-C is “Data transfer only”. A fact that is omitted from any description from PCOnline. I spent hours with Lenovo trying to troubleshoot issues with the dock not turning on power to the laptop. went to two different docks, the laptop wouldn’t turn on. Ultimately came to conclusion seller’s description omitted that this port is “Data transfer only” so don’t expect it to work with a thunderbolt USB-C lenovo dock.Seller, PCOnline was unprofessional, refused to rectify missing info. insisted on “20%-50% restocking fee” but wouldn’t state exactly how much.
