Great at home accessory.
Use this for tricep pushdowns.Great for unilateral work. Also have used for lat pulldowns as well.I am average lifter and have not tried to use with anything over 50 lbs yet so this review is for less weight So far everything has worked great.Wheel runs smooth.

So far it’s solid and works like a charm, changing the weights is a bit frustrating and it BARELY is large enough for Olympic plates but they do fit, good product so far

As soon as I received this, i tried it out and it was great. The cable works smoothly. This is a piece that is missing in my home gym. It it’s easy to install and came in a smaller than expected package. The only thing that I don’t like is it’s not the same as working out in the gym machine eventhough using the same weight. You need extra strength to pull it.

Just what I needed for lat pulls inexpensively. Also, note it is installed not on a weight machine.I had to be creative and it worked great! I have a short platform for the weights to rest on so the bar stays in home position. All works just fine. ðð¼

Wrote a nice 5 star review my first purchase of this pulley system. Great product, was beyond satisfied.I loved it so much, ordered another set for my lat pull downs, however they changed the size of their carabiner (clips) to a smaller/lower quality size. They don’t even snug in on the ring on the pulley correctly…They should have realized this going with a small/cheaper carabiner clip…Very disappointed….Where’s quality control when you need them.A great product at first, now using not so great of parts. It’s workable, but go get yourself a bigger carabiner for the pulley…..Not overly happy with purchasing a 2nd time, when they down grade parts.
