This is a must have for lipedema patients and for delayed onset muscle soreness from working out!
I purchased the LifePro Waver after my lipedema diagnosis. Compression helps a bit, but the combination of the LifePro Waver + compression is a game changer. Iâve been using the Waver on the P0-P2 settings for lymphatic drainage twice a day for 15 minutes at a time along with my compression for about two months now and I started processing out fluid very quickly once I started working with the plate. Iâve lost an inch off my ankles, a little off my upper calves, a couple of inches each off my thighs, a couple of inches each off of my hips and waist, and a whopping 4 inches off my upper arms. Literally so much fluid has come out and my range of motion has increased drastically with the removal of all the fluid. I didnât realize how bad things were until all of the sudden they werenât. My legs feel so much lighter and they donât ache and hurt all the time, especially when climbing multiple flights of stairs. Iâm still going to need surgery, but this is so ridiculously effective and easy – plus it doesnât take a lot of time.I just stand on the plate instead of exercising, since I already work with a powerlifting trainer, and itâs also AMAZING at preventing delayed onset muscle soreness after my workouts – even in my upper body after bench press. Plus I avoid the miserable groaning and stiffness of the day after heavy squats when trying to sit down or stand up. If youâve done squats, you know what Iâm talking about. Iâve also got my elderly mother using this a bit to help with her balance and bone density issues too.I highly recommend this to anyone with lipedema or anyone who works out. Itâs a game changer.

Great addition to current excercise
So I try and walk 4-3 days a week. 3 miles. Being 64, I felt I needed more. The plate feels good while using it, it appears to be good construction, Very versatile. I have been to 2 professional centers that use them. I have fibromyalgia and it appears to help with my pain. I like the remote. Good value.

Boy does it jiggle your body
I tested it out when I got it unpackaged it and set it up it’s very easy to use very very easy to use plug it in jumped on did 15 minutes and I thought I did an hour work out… I’ve had back surgery so it really irritated my back, so I unfortunately had to return it, but if you do not have back issues this thing is amazing…

So far Excellent and Effective
Prior to using the Vibration board I had sciatic pain running from my buttocks to my feet. I could not Sleep at night because of leg pains. I received my Life Pro Vibration Board on September 6, 2024. I used it two to limes for 15 minutes and I did not have legs pains. A few days later. I had no pain in my feet and could wear heels. Amazing!! I thought that I was tripped in Brooks Ghost tennis shoes for life.I strongly recommend the device.

I researched all of the vibration platforms before I made my choice. There were several reasons why I chose LifePro.1. I loved the lifetime warranty.2. The details that outlined the quality and integrity of their product, to include additional support.3. The details of what the vibration plate was capable of doing, and the body systems it supported.4. PriceI have recently been diagnosed with a rare inherited disease that has a toxic accumulation of copper in the body. It affects the liver, kidneys, brain and eyes. I have chosen to treat my condition holistically with the help of my wonderful physician. (Please note, I’m not making any medical claims, I’m sharing my personal experience with this product. Everyone is different, and these are my results.) It was recommended that I purchase a vibration machine to help flush out the toxic build up of copper from my body. One of my many symptoms was excessive lower extremity pitting edema in both legs. With this disease, all elimination of copper based foods is vital, which I did immediately. This helped to reduce a percentage of swelling, however, I still had a considerable amount of toxic copper in my system. I’ve had the LifePro for about 2 weeks now, and I use it 2-4 times per day on average, in different positions, and using different programs (P0-P9). I have my favorites…Within the first 3 days of using this machine, 100% of the edema was GONE!! I had my legs, ankles and feet back to normal, and I was extremely happy!!! I could see improvement immediately, and I thought I was seeing things! But honestly, it worked! I used the machine 10 times in 3 days, and I saw dramatic improvement!The additional benefits I have received have been more stamina, less fatigue, I’m feeling better every day, and along with lots of water after each set, I feel that the toxic levels are quickly being flushed from my system. I am also using this machine for lymphatic drainage, focusing primarily on my upper body where the lymphatic ducts are located. So I do at least 1-2 sessions with my arms on the machine, both front and back. This is best done on lower settings P0-P3.Additionally, I reached out to customer service, as I had a few questions about the settings. I used Facebook Messager, as I had joined their VIP Facebook group, which everyone who purchases this machine is able to be part of. Joel, one of the owners, was quick to reply, and answered all of my questions in detail! The Facebook group also gives you access to several videos on how to use the machine and different exercises you can do. I found these to all be bonuses for me, since my primary reason for purchasing was not for fitness. I explained to Joel my situation, and he was really accommodating to my request for the information I needed to support my health journey; so that I get the most (and best) use out of the vibration machine.I am super happy with this product, and the support is fantastic! You will not be disappointed. This machine is everything they say it is, and MORE!!!

I’m very happy with how strong the Waver is, there’s nothing delicate about it. There are so many pre-programmed settings that I will be trying. My tired legs felt better after one session. One big surprise is the lifetime warranty that’s included.Highly recommend especially to people having trouble finding time for a gym workout.

J’ai reçu mon produit hier et surprise au déballage…prise anglaise donc inutilisable dans l’immédiat…obligation de commander un adaptateur….rien n’est précis dans la description produit….passablement énervé…et je constate qu’il n’existe que des avis anglo-saxons….fait du hasard je suis le seul Français à avoir acheté un produit fabriqué en Angleterre….étonnant !!!!

Product came with everything specified. After one week I haven’t noticed any weight loss but I read that this can take a few weeks to start making a difference. It’s a well made machine, heavy with suckers for gripping smooth floors. On a carpet it makes very little noise. The low settings are quite gentle, the high settings definitely let you know where you’re carrying all your extra weight! It’s good for loosening up when you’re stiff from sitting too long or have achey arms from too much pc work. At the moment I’m experimenting with different postures and I can feel the difference in my abs. It’s worth checking out the YouTube channel for ideas. I’m mixing in quite a few yoga postures and balances in too. Thumbs up from me.
