The product arrived melted. It melted into the box, the packaging material, the plastic, and onto other truffles. I have purchased these before and didn’t have a problem.The temperature was below 60 so it wasn’t as if I ordered in the middle of summer.

Quality, Taste & Packaged Well
Lindt chocolates are one of the better tasting chocolates…so no news there….but I wanted to relay that the shipper did a GREAT job packaging them w/ an ice pack to keep them from melting while in transit. I have ordered truffles from other suppliers n the past and they arrived totally melted or misshapen due to their having melted and rehardened before they arrived. Thank you to the shipper!
