Great for workouts or hiking
Delicious. I personally only add half a packet to a 16.9 fluid oz water bottle. The flavor to me is a little strong when you use the whole thing. But I can tell you from firsthand experience that it truly does work.

Love the flavor!
I am typically a berry flavor person but I usually like raspberry or blackberry. I first bought the wild berry but I thought the flavor was a little strong and bitey even when adding extra water. After reading tons of reviews on flavor, I gave piña colada a try. It was ok but I got sick of it quickly. I tried the strawberry and I love it! It tastes like a strawberry with whipped cream! This is something I drink everyday now and before I was struggling to drink water at all.

Fast hydration
My husband absolutely loves these and says they work great at hydrating him. I personally don’t care for them just because they are super sweet. The bomb pop flavor is much better though.
