Well-made, perfect outdoor shirt.
I love Little Donkey Andy shirts. I am allergic to the sun and am prone to skin cancer, but I love the outdoors. These shirts are exactly what I need, protecting me from the sun, and keeping me cool at the same time. I have several of them and each one is slightly different in style and unsurpassable for outdoor activities. I hike long-distances and these shirts keep me cool and dry no matter how hot it is outside. It wicks water away from my skin and dries very quickly. I’ve been soaked to the skin in thunderstorms, and this shirt dries astonishingly quickly. It has a handy hidden pocket on the side which is ideal for carrying a cell phone. That is one of my favorite features of this shirt. This shirt stretches comfortably and doesn’t wrinkle when washed. It is slightly fitted which shows off a woman’s curves without looking too snug. Little Donkey Andy shirts are perfect, well-made, hiking, fishing, gardening, just-about-anything-outdoors shirts.UPDATE: I stand by my original review, except for one thing: the size is never consistent. I’ve bought several of these shirts and none of them fit the same. The last medium I purchased was a bit small so I ordered a large in Sage. It was HUGE, hanging off my shoulders at the seams. I returned that one and purchased a medium in the same color. It was larger in the arms than the Large and nearly reached my knuckles it was so long. I have another medium in a different color arriving tomorrow, and we’ll see how it goes. I absolutely love these shirts but you can’t depend on the size to be accurate. Otherwise, they are wonderful. I’ve hiked across Europe for 3 months washing my shirts by hand every day and hung them on a line outdoors to dry. They still look as new as the day I bought them and I still wear them nearly every day, 8 months and counting. I hope they start getting the sizing right and they will be perfect. Oh-in case the manufacturer is reading this. It would be great if they would add another side pocket. So convenient!!UPDATE 2: I just received my order of a medium in Khaki and it fits perfectly. Maybe it’s just the Sage that’s out of whack size-wise. I absolutely love all of Little Donkey Andy products. I’m going to order another in White to replace the Sage. I now have a couple of them in Blue, a Khaki, a Gray, and a Purple (which is really more of a fuchsia). I would love it if they would make one in black.

perfect!
I’m petite 5 ft, 106 lbs and have a bit of a gut. Usually fit a size X-small or small depending on the cut. I got the X-Small and the length for the arms is perfect. the hem falls a bit below my hips. It’s a little snug around my tummy : / but the shoulders fit. The material is light and the light blue is pretty. It says it’s waterproof and breathable and also UPF 50. Should be good for outdoors. I’ll use it over a t shirt so I don’t have to button it!

Nice shirt
Love the elasticity and itâs true to the size. The only drawback is that the material is fairly thick and thus feels a little stuffy in hot weather. Ialso wish it would come in some nice colors

Runs large., Think, “Costco sizing”.
Since there are no reviews for this shirt yet, I thought I would quickly throw a few descriptions and thoughts on here to help guide people, at least a little. The fabric is a slick shiny sort of material, that is quick drying and flowy. Well the plaid ones look like they are soon in a plaid pattern, it’s not. It’s a printed plaid pattern. It wasn’t what I was expecting, but looks fairly nice at a distance and some thing I can get used to. Just like the picture, the inside is white, so when you roll up the sleeves you see that white cuff. It just highlights the fact that the plaid is a printed pattern and not A woven pattern of the fabric. The sleeve width is very generous. I would say, probably too generous. I do find that many women’s long sleeve tops have much too narrow sleeves, especially in the forearm. But these seem gigantic. It does make it easier to roll up the sleeves, and hold them up fairly high where your bicep and upper arm bigger. But in my opinion, they don’t need to be quite as wide since the fabric is very stretchy. It just makes the sleeves seem way too billowy when they are down and worn as long sleeves covering all your skin. But, like I said in the description, think of this shirt as “Costco vanity sizing”. I should have bought a small instead of a medium. There are many other brands of button-down shirts that I almost exclusively buy in the large because I prefer things baggier, but this medium is bigger than all my large button-down shirts. (I am extremely picky and sensitive to things that feel tight and clingy. And because of that, I almost never say something runs “too large”. So unless mine was mislabeled, order a size smaller than you think or go with the size you usually buy when you buy clothing items from Costco. ð)I will definitely buy this brand and style again in other colors but will buy size small instead. I am keeping this medium one because it’s always nice to have a few shirts in my closet to wear on those days that you need a little extra room.

Nice, except for those persistent wrinkles
Fabric feels and looks nice. Good fit. But, I agree with other reviewers that the shirt I got had big wrinkles that did NOT wash out as the manufacturer claimed they would. You have to iron it⦠though they say not to⦠and even then the wrinkles reform. A real shame, because itâs a nice shirt otherwise.

Roomy, well-designed, and lovely shirt
I have never purchased this brand before and I’m incredibly impressed with the shirt I ordered. Columbia has been my go-to brand for adventure wear. This shirt is similar in design to one I own from Columbia, but it has some added features, such as the roll up sleeves and the zip pockets on the side of the shirt. In addition, this shirt has a roomier cut. The sleeves are wider as is the torso. The pink color is toward the salmon side, and very pretty.I’ve found in my travels that this type of shirt is extremely versatile. It is a good way to cover from sun and mosquitos without making me too hot. It’s also very cute over a casual dress tied in the front. The fabric is sturdy against snags and it wrinkles much less than cotton or linen. It also dries quickly.Great shirt!

Gute Passform, trageangenehmes Material.
