Shipping was quick!
Itâs a decent bench, but light duty. Downside is the stability good. Itâs a little wobbly. Very to use. No assembly necessary. Nice color and material

Good bench for the price
Iâm 7ft tall, 245lbs and this holds me with great stability. The padding is nice and thick out of the box, easily folds after you remove two safety pins, adjusts for incline and decline. Itâs a little short but thatâs due to my height. It would fit an average height individual much better.

Nice bench for beginners and for small space
The bench is solid enough, when you first put it together (only 3 parts) it may feel unstable but as soon as you put your weight to it the structure get to final position and stays rigid even after you take the weight away.May not fit tall people over 180 cm if you need head rest too. You can adjust it to many positions, fold easily with 2 safety pin, the fake leather is nice, and the stitching is very good, padding good for it’s price and definitely won’t be an issue.Nice touch is the place for hooks if you are using bands.

Foot placement low and sit ups are impossible
I guess it depends on what your main intention is with this bench. If you’re not 6 foot something, don’t get it for sit ups. The part that you tuck your feet behind is low low to the ground and I cannot reach it to lean back and do sit ups. (5’8) the closest thing I can do sit up wise my tush is in the crack of the seat and the part the folds down. And im not going even as low as the seat and that crack part hurts you.As far as lifting weights go, I don’t really see too many issues there. It wobbles a bit if you’re off balance.Wasn’t difficult to put together. Isn’t super heavy. Nice that it folds for when you aren’t using it or you need extra space.I don’t think it’s awful but I’m disappointed in the sit up issues. For me, that’s why I choose this one over others.

Perfect size, great quality
I had been looking for a bench for a while now and this has been perfect. Itâs well-made and solid. I donât feel as if I will break it. Easy to put together and it’s lightweight. Doesnât take up a lot of space either.

Decent for the price
Good for the price. A little unstable, but don’t do anything stupid and you’ll be pleased. After reading the reviews on here I decided to pick this bench up to put in my office/home gym. I was easy enough to assemble and has worked pretty good over the past 6 months. The feet are not super wide so in that regard it can be a little unstable if you were to use is for barbell presses, step-ups or something along those lines. For basic dumbbell workouts it’s great, adjusts easily and the foam has been surprisingly consistent and has not compressed in any real way yet. Folds away for easy storage, but can easily be pulled out and set up within 30 seconds.
