Always wash with this!
This sanitizer has become a laundry staple for the last several years. It is reasonably priced and helps clean the load. It doesnât have a strong scent, so it works right in with the detergent. I have had no issues with it as far as skin irritation. I like this size because it lasts about the same length of time as my detergent of the same size.

One thing about me is that my armpits sweat⦠A LOT. And no matter how much deodorant Iâd use, my âcleanâ clothes would still smell like faintly like BO and my white tee shirts would have yellow stains in the arm pit area. After a series of diy BO clothes stripping attempts; I threw in the towel and bought new shirts, but something had to change to keep this viscous cycle from repeating. After much research, I settled on changing two things: start using a âgelâ deodorant (leaves no residue) instead of a white stick/spray, and start using a Laundry Sanitizing product.I thought this product genre was VERY GIMMICKY, it came out during the epidemic and I remember rolling my eyes when I first saw it in someoneâs cart at the grocery store. I thought âwhat? detergent (aka SOAP) & water isnât good enough anymore??â Well apparently not, because my armpits could attest otherwise.When I first started using this, I noticed right away that my clothes were cleaner. My whites were brighter, and my clothes smelled significantly more clean⦠Iâm talking like, ânew clothesâ clean, besides the scent that this had.I think the product really shines in its ability to sanitize BEDDING. I wash my comforter, sheets, and pillowcases every weekend (yes, I am crazy) because I have a fear of fungal acne. As previously stated, I sweat a lot and sweat facilitates the growth of these fungi organisms that make me break out. Ever since using this product, I swear my bed has never felt more clean and fresh. I LOVE IT. I feel good knowing that Iâm sleeping in a clean environment.One thing I admit that I donât like is the productâs scent.. um⦠why couldnât they collab with Gain or something!? The scent isnât THAT BAD but it smells like a carpet cleaner/deodorizer. Overall I highly recommend it. Especially if you are prone to any skin conditions that may be helped if your clothes are more clean.

Excellent product
Love this product, sometimes my towels would smell musty and not clean so I would have to wash them or the kids clothes just didnât seem clean enough so I started using this and it has made a world of difference. Clothing is not musty smelling, smells fresh. It doesnât have a perfume smell, just a clean smell.

First off, let me say that I’ve been using this Lysol laundry sanitizer for several years and it’s on my subscription order so that I don’t run out. I absolutely love it! The laundry is so fresh smelling. Even though I suffer from daily migraines, the crisp linen smell was not too much for me. However, I did just notice that there is a fragrance free option now so will give that a try. The product itself gets 5 stars.That said, the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is the condition it gets delivered in. Since it’s a subscription, I don’t know if it’s coming from different vendors or what but it’s always packed differently. Sometimes, it has the “grabber” sticky tape over the lid, sometimes it has that and is in a plastic bag. Then there are times like now when there’s nothing & it leaks…a lot. Leaks through the box, leaks onto any other products in the delivery. This has been happening more often recently. Not cool, Amazon. Not cool at all. If this continues, I’ll just buy it at the grocery store.

New addition to my routine
This has become an essential to my laundry routine. It doesnât have a bad smell, it makes me feel like my clothes are cleaner, it cleans well, and the packaging was great. I was afraid it would be spilled or cracked, but it is packaged really well. No skin irritation, and I have very sensitive skin.It is easy to use if you have a downy ball. I add it to my fabric softener and swish it around. I think the price is pretty decent. Itâs a lot of product; I donât have to replace it for at least 5 months for a family of 3.
