Strong Clean Scent
This smells clean and natural. I don’t like that chemical smell of candles or air fresheners made by big name, commercial brands. This candle smells like a pine forest, outdoorsy. Nothing fruity or chemical about it. But beware; it’s intense. And that’s actually a good thing because a single $20 candle can travel throughout a good-sized room. What I really miss is the Illuminations store from decades ago. This reminded me of that.I bought two of these — one for home, one for work. My coworker said he has a different scent from the same company. It must be a good company… but beware the Fresh Scent candle. I ordered two and they arrived used, with burnt wicks. BOTH of the Fresh Scents. Plus, the Fresh Scents did not smell good at all. Stick with this Woodland Escape if you like a pine type of aroma. Kind of like Christmas, but not exactly. It’s a sort of Christmas that would be acceptable year round.The blue glass is just super handsome, especially when the candle is lit. The lid appears to be wood and is a nice touch. But my favorite part is the wick– it is a real sliver of wood, not a thread wick. So frickin’ cool.

Long-Lasting Candles
I love these candles and my husband even likes them too. They smell wonderful and I can smell it throughout my house when it is lit. The wood wick makes it last for a very long time. This is my 2nd one. The delivery was quick and well packaged to prevent breakage. I will definitely be ordering more.

Amazing smell!
The smell of this candle is amazing! I definitely have purchased a ton of this candle it my obsession especially during the winter and fall time. It has a musky, pine type of smell. I like the candle comes with a wood stick for the center instead of a wick I find that it burns longer. I would give 5 stars but the scent doesnât travel very far. Definitely a candle to use for smaller rooms.

I used to buy these at a local store nearby but they no longer carry these. 𥲠I was beyond ecstatic when I found these on Amazon. I have it on subscription because I will never be without ever again. Such a beautiful light manly scent, you will surely enjoy.

Absolutely wonderful candle!
This is by far my new favorite scent of a candle! I’ve been all about woodsy and fireplace smelling type candles lately and while this is definitely not a fireplace smelling candle, the blend of the numerous woods and the mint mixed together in it make for an outstanding scent! The wood wick is not something that the ad for the candle even talks about it having, so I was quite happy that a previous reviewer had mentioned it because I only buy wooden wick candles. And while this is definitely not a “wood wick” (brand) candle to where the crackling is absolutely perfect and loud sounding, as long as you don’t have much other background noise going on, you are able to hear the soft crackling that this one will give off.I’m totally unsure of how the one who reviewed this candle to be so dangerous and a fire hazard handled their candle unless they were not used to burning wooden wicked candles. You DO have to break off the small portion of the burnt top of the wick after it’s been extinguished before relighting it otherwise the candle will indeed have a flame that will be too large. BUT make sure you do not break off too much of the wooden wick otherwise it will not make any crackling sound at all because it cannot to be too close to the wax.Overall, I will definitely be reordering this candle, but may also get a “Wood Wick” candle to burn alongside it so that I truly feel like I do have that small fire burning since I do not have a fireplace and I absolutely adore the sound of the crackling.Oh! And I will definitely say, the smell of this candle is not a lightly fragranced candle! It has A LOT of scent!So overall, I will give this a 9 out of 10 score only because the wood wick doesn’t crackle the way that I would truly enjoy it too.

I was disappointed in the scent throw. I’m used to candles that are highly scented, which this purported to be. Couldn’t smell it all all upon entering a smallish room and had to get almost on top of it to pick up a faint whiff. The minimal scent was pleasant enough but certainly not notable. The glass jar was pretty, the wooden lid was nice, and the wick burned well. If they’d just scent the candle they’d have a fine product. For the price it is underwhelming.
