Perfect!
This book is just what i was looking for, great explanation of all the different types of applications. It actually has a lot of recipes, where the other $37.00 book I bought didn’t have but a few, good info but not enough for me. This book is so full of it that I bought one for my sis in AZ.

Awesome Recipes
I am absolutely thrilled with this recipe book. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, even for someone like me who is relatively new to the world of herbal remedies. The inclusion of detailed information about the medicinal properties of each herb is a thoughtful touch, empowering readers to understand the benefits behind each ingredient. This book has earned its place on my shelf, and I can’t recommend it enough to others seeking a holistic path to wellness!

Great recipes, and easy to follow.

It was recommended in the Woman’s Weekly. Even though the writer is American and mentions American plants, I am sure a good herbalist supplier would have them. My late father grew Echinacea as a herbaceous flower over 20 years ago, so I am not concerned about herbs being from North America. It is excellent condition.
