This danish whisk is amazing it mixes the dough so carefree and easy and super quick to mix all together. Easy to clean up after as well.

I love making bread but hate putting my hands in the gooey mixture when you first start. I bought this whip almost expecting to be disappointed. What a pleasant surprise it turned out to be! It mixes the ingredients very well and is sturdy enough to get the dough to the tacky stage and ready to knead. My tip for cleaning it is once the bread is ready to knead and you no longer need the whip, soak the metal whip end in warm water. Because of the tight coils, dough does get caught in some tight places. Soaking it for a bit makes it much easier to clean. I think the little extra time needed to completely clean it is worth it since it does such a good job of mixing the dough.
