Remote Control: To enable HomeKit remote control, you need a HomePod, an Apple TV 4K, Apple TV HD, or an iPad. Set any of these Apple devices in your house as a HomeKit bridge and connect it to your home 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Keep in mind that once your HomeKit bridge is set up, it has to be kept online. If it is powered off or disconnected from the Wi-Fi, it will fail to respond when you intend to control the device remotely.
Voice Control: You can control your devices hands free, just give voice commands to turn on/off the connected devices. Compatible with Apple HomeKit, Apple Watch, Siri, Carplay, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant.
Compact Size: Smart plug occupies only one socket, the device allows you to stack two mini smart plugs in the same outlet, which is convenient and practical.
Schedule: You can schedule connected home devices to turn on and off automatically by smart plugs. Save energy when lights are not needed or left on by accident. Sunrise and sunset setting are supported.
Quality: The mini plug is made of PC flame retardant material, and has been approved for safety and quality assurance. Certified by ETL and FCC, it supports home appliance up to 15A.

Customers say

Customers like the ease of setup and value for money of the electrical plug. They mention it’s easy to use and a great inexpensive way to get started with HomeKit. However, some customers have reported that the plugs lose their connection to the router for no apparent reason. Opinions are mixed on its functionality.

    Amazing product.
The outlets were very easy to set up and work as described. Works great with my Apple Home. I can use Siri to operate them. I can now setup on off times for when away.

Solid smart plug with unbeatable pricing
I recently purchased the Meross Smart Plug Mini, and I have to say, I’m thoroughly impressed with this product. Not only does it offer an impressive range of features, but it’s also incredibly reliable and stable within my HomeKit network. One of the things I love most about this smart plug is how easy it was to set up. All I had to do was download the Meross app, connect the plug to my Wi-Fi network, and voila – it was ready to use. From there, I was able to control the plug using the app, as well as through Siri, Alexa, Echo, Google Assistant, and Nest Hub. It’s incredibly convenient to be able to control my devices with my voice, and I love that I can do it all from one app.The reliability of these smart plugs is also really impressive. I have over 50 devices in my HomeKit network, and these plugs have never given me any issues or dropped connections. They always work exactly as intended, which is a huge plus.Another great feature of these smart plugs is the timer function. I love being able to set a schedule for my devices to turn on and off, which saves me time and energy. It’s also helpful for when I’m away from home and want to give the impression that someone is still there.Overall, I would highly recommend the Meross Smart Plug Mini to anyone looking for a reliable and versatile smart plug. It’s easy to use, works with a variety of voice assistants, and is incredibly stable within a large HomeKit network. Whether you’re a smart home enthusiast or just looking for an easier way to control your devices, this product is definitely worth considering.

    Great help around the house
My rental has outlets in goofy places and no overhead lights in most rooms, so these come in super handy with the iPhone Home app.PROS: – easy to setup with a QR code. – easy to use with Siri – tell her the room and device to turn on/off, and she does it! – also can turn on/off manually (but you have to be able to reach the outlet to do it!) – can use this to set a time so the lights are on when I come home and off at bedtimeCONS: – no easy way to reconnect to the network in batch should you need to change your WiFi password

Stopped working after 6 weeks. Terrible tech support
This is one of the more affordable smart plug for homekit on the market and hence was giving it a try. I was hoping it went well so that would replace my light switch with Meross as well. Sadly it didn’t go as plan.I received 2 smart plugs towards end of Sept and I used it right away. The setup was easy and I was amazed that it was so quick to set it up and get it going. Fast-forward to 1st week of Nov (after around 6 weeks of usage), one of it stopped responding. I left it as-is for few days but the problem persisted.I reset the plug and tried to set it up again. It seems the Meross app has changed that I have to setup directly using Apple Home App (back in Sept during the initial setup, I can setup via Meross app first and the integrated with Home App, this seemed to have changed apparently). I have tried many times, resetting the plug, reboot my iPhone, etc. I couldn’t get it added back with “unreachable to device”.Given that my 2nd plug is still working and there’s no change in wifi configuration, I guess it’s the faulty item. I tried to get hold of Meross support via email. I sent emails 3 times (2 with safari browser and 1 with chrome browser. There’s 0 email notification that my case was received nor get any update on this subject. Will wait for another week and see if any response, but so far it doesn’t seem promising.Update:Meross tech support got back to me with detail instruction. It finally works again (bump up to 4 stars). However, there’s quite a few steps to undo on my network before it’s able to get it work again, like, removing my router from homekit, disable 5Ghz, disable client steering, ipv6, unplug apple-tv/homepod, etc, and redo all these.

    Works Perfectly
Despite some of the reviews saying the plugs do not connect/disconnect often, they don’t work well with Apple’s HomeKit…mine has worked perfectly fine. I used them for my Christmas tree this year instead of a tradition timer that arent always accurate. I love how easy it was to set up and have been able to set automations to turn on at sunset and turn off at my desired time. I love that I can control it while I’m away from my home or even out of town. I would buy more for sure.

Easy to setup, good wifi reception.
I use Meross outlets to automate some of my internal and external lights. I find that Meross outlets are easy to set up and seem to connect to my wifi network better than other brands. I also find that they work well with Alexa routines which are handy for lights that I want to turn on at sunset and turn off at a fixed time. I’ve also found that the outdoor outlets work well even in inclement weather. One tip-take a photo of the QR code on the device (I use an iPad) before starting the setup process on your smart phone. Then when the setup process calls for scanning the code, it can be much easier to scan the picture than trying to scan it on the plugged in outlet.

These plugs work as you’d expect once setup. They react VERY quickly through HomeKit when working with automations, Siri, or manual control through the Home app or the Meross App.Setup:This was the most involved part. As others have stated, HomeKit setup can be a little tricky if you haven’t done it before, that being said I didn’t run into nearly as many issues as other reviewers seemed to have had. I setup directly as a HomeKit device through the Meross app following the on screen HomeKit prompts. I also set up the devices in a kitchen outlet first so I don’t have to bend over behind a couch for the initial setup. This also allowed me to keep the phone within a foot of the device for setup which seemed to help. The first time I tried I was standing 6 feet away with my phone in my hand and it didn’t complete the setup, the please wait wheel just kept spinning. Once I left the phone on the counter directly under the plug (~1ft away) it setup instantly, the HomeKit prompts do tell you to stay “close” to the device while setting up. Each plug must be set up individually, as such I recommend doing just one at a time so you don’t get confused about which is which. Once the HomeKit setup was complete, you have to add the device to the Meross app again as it is not done automatically during the HomeKit setup. This isn’t a bug, this is a HomeKit thing, not a Meross thing. In the Meross app you tap the “+” button in the top right and. The HomeKit plugs are recognized in the Meross app as unlinked deviced at the top of the add device page in the app. Once added to the app, it will prompt you for a firmware update, let the device do the update (1min), and then your done. You can not control the plug through the app or the home kit app.Use:It’s a plug that you either turn off or on. My use case was for a pair of floor lamps that didn’t have a dimmer, but required me to lean over my couch to turn on/off. The device reacts EXTREMELY quickly through HomeKit. The lag time between hitting the “switch” in the Home app is non existent. Conclusion:Over all I’m very happy with the plugs. Sure they may have limited use cases, but if you have an application for an automated outlet, these work great! They are also ETL listed so you know they aren’t some cheap product that will accidentally burn your house down.

Product is easy to install and works as expected. Voice commands work well with Siri in controlling the power. This is a full 15 amp circuit capable of switching electric kettles and other high-power appliances. Most other devices are severely limited in terms of handling power.Only issue is the width doesn’t allow use of an adjacent outlet in a duplex configuration.
