Very impressed. Glad I bought it
I bought this PC because I wanted a 2-and-1 but nothing cheap for work and I did NOT want a MacBook. So far I’m blown away. I work as a life coach so between toggling between documents, video chatting with clients, finding material for coaching sessions I have alot to do. At once. This surface has surpassed my expectations and then some.Pro: what’s not to love? Easy to use, amazing screen and picture, battery is great, value is incredible! Quality is unmatched.Con: Wishing it came with either the pen or key board (or both). While looking at post I would have thought it did but you have to carefully look and read where it says “sold separately”. Just make sure you get some sort of keyboard! Pen is optional but it’s always good to have.

Be Mindful before purchasing
Great PC overall. Long battery life and great for business like tasks. Reminder, this is snapdragon, not intel/amd. ALOT of programs like brother printer services or anything basic will NOT work with snapdragon processors. Do your research to see what is compatible with this processor because you might end up with more headaches than not. Side note if most of your work is web based with office and whichever then this pc will be the trick. If you need a better experience just buy a Surface Pro 9 or wait for a better processor.

It’s not a PC, but it gets close
11/22/24Microsoft Surface Pro 2-in-1 Laptop/Tablet (2024), Windows 11 Copilot+ PC 16GB – 256GB OLED (amazon version)With the ARM chip it certainly emulates well, when I mean not a PC I meant it’s not an intel PC.It stil can not run some software, but it gets close. think of the M1 when that first came out.I wanted this for use as a portable basic PC to be used for work in many aspects. more or less it was mostly for the battery life and OLED.The screen looks amazing. Finally a true OLED screen.I have not exceeded 150GB use. most of my files are in the cloud. Upgrading SSD would be easy, with a wipe and reinstall.upgraded to 24h2 and it was fine. no issues as of today.there are some apps or software that are not compatible.I had issues with issues with VPN software and could not install APPLE TV from Microsoft Store.Surface Pro’s are not a “gaming” computer. most peeps online seem to like to compare these systems. It can play some games, as I call them 8bit games, easily, but if you are going for call of duty or cyber punk, try streaming services. streaming games is awesome, where available.

It didn’t take 3 months to stop working.
I sent this Microsoft laptop-tablet to the Philippines as a gift to my niece. An expensive junk, it didn’t take 3 months and all a sudden it stopped working and won’t turn ON anymore.Too bad for me, I can’t return it anymore. Sending this back to the US too expensive. Microsoft Philippines service center doesn’t want to accept it for repair.

Best 2 in 1 to date
There is no other 2 in 1 tablet / laptop on the market with the speed a versatility of the new surface pro 11. A full laptop OS that can function as a day to day workhorse or a daily use tablet that can be used for your video or audio streaming needs.Only drawback is the keyboard is entirely separate and that does make the end price higher than expected. That said, the quality and price is in line with the competition.

Half baked
Many apps aren’t designed for ARM at this point. So many of them will work, but not at the full potential. At times mouse clicks don’t register. I noticed this on my Surface at work also. Weird charging cable that I’m guessing is some proprietary nonsense. The surface pen was an absolute joke. A cheaper third party pen worked better on this tablet. Good speakers. Nice display. Adding the new keyboard will cost you a lot of $$$. I want to like Surface products. I’ve owned the studio laptop and this tablet and returned both of them. They just seem half baked and priced at a premium for what you get.

Best all in one solution, but several apps do not work
I am an digital artist that always wanted an all-in-one solution, and I think this was the best choice I’ve made in my life, but there is just one problem here.I mainly use Google Drive and other apps to store files for drawing, but the Surface Pro is its own special Microsoft device and won’t recognize Google Drive for desktop, so it could not download certain apps people use for everyday tasks. If apps you want to use do not support ARM versions or maybe not for Surface Pro, then I do not recommend buying the Surface Pro (other than that, everything is on the top for performance and design, features and everythingðâ¤ï¸)The pen is so smooth and accurate, first time using it but it was great for taking notes and any artist work. The design is beautiful and outstanding, totally worth the high price if downloading specific non-Microsoft apps isn’t a problem for you ^^

Had trouble deciding if I wanted a laptop or a tablet. Now I have both. Works great.
