Very in-depth. May give you a headache just looking at it. So I ignored the parts I did not want to do and focused on the parts I could do. If you do all it ask you to do it might be very overwhelming. But I would buy it again.

Great gift for a nurse!
Purchased this for a nurse friend who has chronic migraines. She said she loves it and itâs really detailed. I might buy one for myself since I suffer with migraines too. Itâs a really sturdy book and the pages are thick. It doesnât feel flimsy and itâs big enough to write in. I would buy it again!

Very helpful journals.
This review is for the 6 month journal. I have both the smaller 60 day journal and this larger one. I honestly prefer the layout of the smaller journal and its size. I believe both journals have the same content & items to record. The larger one has one page for each day, where the smaller journal is split across two facing pages.
