Use Hot – Heat in boiling water (over 80℃/176℉) for 2 mins or in the microwave 70s at 350 watts. They can be used as heating pads to relieve clogged ducts and mastitis, encourage milk let-down during breastfeeding.

Great larger size
As a DD (pre nursing size) first time mom ⦠these were a savior. The gel was comfortable and the size allowed for max boobage to be soothed. The pick covers are a nice material that is tiny so you really experience the icy cold which I used them for.They defrost kind of quick but was long enough to serve itâs purpose.

I bought these for my daughter to use, and she absolutely loves them. She loves the versatility of using them cold or warm. These have helped her tremendously with discomfort. She is around 27 weeks with her first child.

Donât microwave it
I put mine in microwave for 60 sec. It looks like it damaged. My fault not sure my microwaveâs power. But it started to leakage. Heat therapy can relief discomfort but not help relief clotting

These were my saving grace when I was breastfeeding. I was always busy with work and the kids that sometimes I wouldnât pump quick enough and these were a life saver anytime I would get pain at all. Great size that actually fits over a larger breast size!

So far Iâve only used these as ice packs, but even out of the freezer they still shape well to the breast to provide instant cooling relief. The cover that they come with is very soft, and the whole thing fits great below a nursing bra. Glad I bought them!

I wouldnât say this made a huge difference pumping but the size of the pads are way bigger than expected and I feel like they heat up uneven and get hot quick in the microwave. I havenât tried the boiling method so that might make a difference.

DO NOT MICROWAVE, it says they can handle it but nope. Only use if you are going to boil the water otherwise they will melt/ pop quickly. I loved the size of them.

Arrived late despite Amazon Prime status. Also despite following instructions for power and duration for microwave, it developed a hole and leaked the gel with second use. Especially when using with a baby feeding on the area, this is a safety concern. Would not recommend this product.
