Great Overall Massager with Great Longer Adjustable Strap
This Nekteck Massager with it’s adjustable strap is much better than the original design as BOTH a small or short person AND a large or tall person can use it. Does a great job when you just let it massage your neck & shoulder area. Also works wonderfully up and down on your back; and to my surprise, you can even use it to massage any leg cramps – you can actually massage two legs at the same time. Love the heat factor as well. Highly recommend.

Worked great until it wouldn’t turn on after it went off.I had to continually push the on switch. Seems like it had a short. I’m just now ordering another one .Same make just different model.I had no problem returning the product and refund.

This really works!
I bought this massager for my husband to give me for my birthday. The reviews were mostly good and that is what I expected but is better than good it is remarkable. The massager really does feel like hands massaging. It is very easy to use and the controls are conveniently placed. I used it on my neck and easily moved it down my spine for a complete back massage. The heating element is very nice. I like that I can pull it nearer my body for intense massaging and with more slack it becomes more gentle. It’s great!

It works well but it does not come with a storage bag or container and it is not cordless. It needs to remain plugged in while in use.
I suggest that they add some kind of handle or tie to the handles to keep it in place. To hold on to it and keep it in place while in use puts a lot of strain on the arms while it massages your neck. The company is very friendly and interested in improving the product. Something to tie the straps together would help and definitely a storage container or bag. It’s a good product just could use a few things to make it great.

I suffer from neck pain and stiffness. I felt it getting worse and begin to get headaches…the pain was beginning to affect my daily routines. I bought this after reading the many comments on the product and took a chance. Great buy, great quick fix! You can adjust the heat and pressure and best of all, you can place the massager right where you need it! Ahhhh, such relief…you can also change the the direction of the massaging nodules so it can give you even more relief and relaxation of the muscles.

Does not work
I purchased this massager and received it on 23 April. On 17 May it quit working. I made arrangements to return the original and received the replacement today 18 May. Straight out of the box the replacement does not work. There appears to be a problem with this Nektek Co. It’s understandable that 1 may be defective, but the replacement not working right out of the box is a Quality Dept problem. I’ll get the refund this time (for the replacement unit) and hopefully one of the other brands similar item will work properly. Very disappointed.
âUpdate – Nectec read my review (above) and kindly provided me a new one at no charge. I’ve had and used this new one for a couple of months now and it works great (so far). This design allows you to reach just about any area on your back (kind of like being able to dry any area on your back with a bath towel). I would like to thank Nectec for actually taking care of their customers. It seems to be a rare thing these days. Thank you Nectec and thank you to whoever raised the people who run Nectec.

It was exactly like it says it gets the area that no massager i have seen or bought could do. It allows you to relax while getting your neck, upper shoulders and back. I had ACDF surgery and alot of pain for months now. This is getting all my knots out and is a life savor for me!! And save tons of money as i no longer have to go and pay for a massage, thanks nektech!! Also unlike most the controls are reachable without needing to stretch you neck to see them as there conviently located at the bottom near your hands. And yes it does heat up which is an extra plus. A must have for anyone with upper shoulder pain that btw area of neck n shoulders …. This really works and worth it!!

I wasnât really sure what to expect since Iâve never had a device like this before and there were mixed reviews. Overall I like it. It works well and feels good. I work on computer and often have neck, shoulder and lower back pain. This does help a lot. It doesnât replace completely a real massage but it helps for those days I really need it. I use it on the base of my head and upper neck too and helps relieve headaches.
