Mascara comes off easily!
My eyes are very sensitive as is the skin around them. I was forgoing wearing mascara because I’d have to scrub my lash area to get it off and would end up with red and swollen eyes and skin. So, I invested in this Neutrogena remover and it works wonderfully! Shaking the bottle before use is very important. Then using a well saturated cotton round, you can remove 99% of mascara from your lashes with a few gentle swipes. Note: this is regular mascara, not waterproof as I don’t use that type. The remaining bits of mascara come off when I wash my face afterwards. This product is great and worth the money.
