I got these as a light workout and walking shoe. They are indeed very light and comfortable. They have a light arch support, which works well for me because I don’t have a high arch. They run true to size, and the tongue is not separate but part of the shoe as a single unit. That is the one thing that I dislike, because it makes it harder to adjust the fit if you have a narrow foot. Overall, it is a very comfortable shoe that feels like it will be durable for my needs.

Best of all my feet look slimmer, yippie!! Lastly, Do yourself a favor buy these two items, Comfy Walk 6 insole huge benefits, and Bamboo Sports Socks, No Show. Comfy Walk made all the difference for my foot issues. Plan buying more styles in this shoe love the look. I always size up 1/2 allowing room for socks.
