Surprisingly Effective
At first, after seeing some reviews about leaking and not being waterproof, I was fairly skeptical these would work. Especially for being affordable. Surprisingly, they have held up! We cloth diaper part time (after daycare and on the weekends) and they have been exactly what we needed. I had other cloth diapers I used as well, happy to add these into our rotation. I couldn’t find much on using liners with these, but I went ahead and tried. They work well with a basic liner. The liner catches the poop and you just discard that into the diaper bin for a quick and easy clean up. Overall, I am happy with these so far! The design of having the pocket, and the softness and look of these cloth diapers make it a favorite!! So happy I found these!!

Parents Considering Cloth Diapering and NNâs – Please Read!
First of all, this is a totally honest, unaffiliated and unsponsored review of cloth diapering AND NNâs cloth diapers.Iâm a mom to three boys and WISH I had started cloth diapering with my first. Alas, we JUST had our third almost two months ago and cloth diapering has been a GAME CHANGER for us.My first two never had a single diaper rash, but the third started reacting to anything we put on him – including HelloBellos and Pampers. And even with premium brands and insanely frequent changes, we were getting leaks and blowouts *at least* once a day. Since we started cloth diapering, heâs not had a single reaction or rash. I started about a week ago and, after figuring out you have to make sure the gussets are in the leg creases (first day bloopers), I had my first leak today and, again – it was because I was delirious and didnât make sure the gussets were properly placed. Itâs not hard, I just have two other kids that are in homeschool, weâre in the middle of DIY home renovations ahead of putting our house on the market and my husband has been totally swamped with work (so basically flying solo, so basically just run a little ragged lol!)If that hasnât sold you on cloth diapers yet – consider this. The cost of building a basic stash (24-36 diapers, so say 4 sets of NN diapers) plus supplies (hand-held bidet, spraying shield and separate small laundry basket, plus an extra set of inserts to double up with at night) is a little over $300. The cost of using premium diapers over the course of an estimated 6-8k diaper changes (yes, that many until theyâre potty trained) is between $4,500 and $6,000. Unless youâre cool with throwing money away on a sub-par product, cloth diapering is an absolute win.For absolutely new parents, Iâd honestly still recommend keeping a few disposables around just until you feel more comfortable in your role as a parent and donât have to figure out a wash routine on top of everything else. But once youâve kind of got your baby figured out and your body doesnât feel like an absolute mess, absolutely go for cloth diapering.Noraâs are my absolute favorite of the brands Iâve tried so far. They are the most boy-friendly and chic when it comes to colors and patterns of those on the market right now and their specific cut/design pattern is just perfect. I wonât be ordering anything else for our little guy from here on out. Truly. I canât believe Iâve become that mom that literally RAVES about a diaper brand, but here I am. Here you are, reading this. (Oh, how children change us.)So you need about 24-36 diapers to keep you from having to wash frequently. As stated previously, Iâd also recommend a hand-held bidet and shield to rinse poop off in the toilet with and keep the mess from spraying all over as well as an extra set of inserts to double up with at night. There are a lot of good graphics debunking what kind of inserts work best for what (absorbency vs speed of absorbency) – just google âcloth diaper insert absorbency chart.â Mine have done great at night with two bamboos, but you might want to go rogue mad scientist and try another material.Noraâs Nurseryâs free e-book is gold and there is a LOT of amazing information on Fluff Love University, too. When it comes to figuring out a rinse/wash/dry routine, take notes in your phone and try it out and see how it works for you. If you run into any problems, google and adjust accordingly. I figured my wash routine out in about two days of trial and error [hard water, water volume and load size, along with agitation cycle, are all factors but itâs not at all hard to determine and adjust those once you know that theyâre determining factors (I did not, thus the trouble shooting)]A separate side-note on pants: cloth diapering does add bulk and some brands of pants will not fit well and may look absolutely ridiculous. One way to mitigate this is to go up a size in pants, but there are brands that work really well with CDs. Gerber Organics and Old Navy have been great so far and supposedly Gap and Garanimals are other good ones, too. Iâve attached a picture of our son in a NNâs diaper with Old Navy leggings in his size for reference. It sounds like a LOT at first, I know. Thatâs what kept me from trying them with our first two and (so far) one of my biggest parenting regrets. Donât be me two more kids later and an extra $12k in the hole before you give it a shot! Their little bums and college funds will thank you!

Cute!
I just started using cloth diapers with my second baby and ordered four different brands. These are very nice, cute and I like her informative web site. I also ordered her reusable wipes and that has been working out great too! Glad I made the change.

Works well
They have already been through many washes and are holding up great. The sizing is perfect, I am able to adjust it to my little ones needs. The material holds fluids well, there is no smell to it after it is cleaned. My only issue is the my little ones skin gets hot underneath the diaper, like the heat gets trap.

Cloth Diapers
I love using cloth diapers for my little one! These wash soooo well. They hold more when you put the cloth outside the diaper rather than in the insert! They do take a little longer to put on than a disposable diaper bc of the buttons but if you donât mind that or washing diapers everyday, these are perfect. I was worried at first about bacteria or infection or staining them but I always rinse them out after each use then wash them with Clorox diluted in water alone first to kill any bacteria and a final wash with detergent and baking soda (for any stains).

These are great!
Gave them for a shower gift. The new mom was delighted. Using reusable diapers is so much easier now than it was 30 years ago, and more sustainable.

Perfect!
Before reading this review, understand that these are the only brand of cloth diaper I have used so I donât have anything to compare to. With that being said, Iâve had nothing but great experiences! I started my daughter at 6 months old because she was under 6 lbs at birth and they wouldâve swallowed her. I probably couldâve started them sooner than 6 months, but not by much. At 6 months (14 lbs), sheâs on the tightest setting, without securing the diaper to itself, so it still can technically go tighter. Also on the shortest length. Even her now at almost 8 months and 15 lbs 5 oz, the diaper tightness is the same. I canât speak for the overnight absorbency because we use disposable overnight diapers to ensure that thereâs no leakage. It definitely took time to narrow down the correct wash routine. She was getting pretty intense rashes in the beginning, but now that weâve perfected it, weâve had no issues at all! Hereâs our wash routine (with harder water) that Iâve narrowed down and works the best for us:Speed Wash on Warm – 2 tbs Borax, No DetergentHeavy Duty on Hot – 1/2 cup Borax, 1 pod of Seventh Generation Ultra Power DetergentDry 60 mins on MediumDonât be afraid to play around with different wash routines to find what works best for your diapers!

First time g-ma. These are amazing AND stylin’!!!

Although they’re not quite as quick to change as a velcro disposable diaper, and cleaning methods can take a bit of time to perfect, they’ll save a ton of money in the long run, and save thousands of diapers from ending up in a landfill.Highly customizable for size, so they can be adjusted as your baby grows, until they no longer need diapers.Very impressed with the absorbancy of the diapers. So far, there have been fewer instances of the dreaded “blowout” than what we had when we were first using disposable diapers.Note: These diapers will likely not fit a newborn infant, as the smallest setting is still too big for them. We started using them without issue when our baby reached the 10lb mark.
