Great pan and cooking rack.
We picked up a Breville Smart Oven Pro and were looking for a pan to use for baking and air frying in the Breville oven. This fits the bill perfectly. It is a high quality pan. Much thicker metal than some of the pans I found locally. I expect it to last a long while, and serve us well with many meals in the toaster oven.

Versatile!
This is an excellent sheet tray! Not thin like others I’ve used, so it doesn’t warp on me. I have another tray that’s so thin that as soon as it comes up to temperature in my oven I’ll hear a loud clang as the metals expand and it contorts into it’s warped shape.This one is constructed of aluminum, which is an ideal material. It conducts heat well and generally will replicate the results you expect when following recipes online, while also being rust-proof. You’re getting industry standard performance here.I bought the half sheet size and it’s perfect for cooking for one, whether I’m leaving chicken to dry in the fridge on the included steel drying grid or lining the sheet with parchment paper and roasting veggies. It’s a similar size to my cutting boards, so it also conveniently fits in my cutting board rack beneath my counter.I’m very happy with this and will likely purchase a second in the future.

Bought this for our Breville toaster oven and I love it. I use with perforated parchment paper on grill and solid parchment paper underneath grill in pan for easy cleanup. Just what I was looking for. Quite sturdy, value for money
Fit my oven perfectly. The rack sits well in the pan. Though after a couple of uses. The pan warped a little. I think itâs because I used it 450F.

Best baking sheet
This is likely the best baking sheet Iâve ever used. It does not bend when thereâs a big change in temperature. The best part is the food didnât stick on it and it was so easy to clean.

Excellent alternative to an air fryer.
We have a convection oven which works essentially the same as an air fryer. This baking sheet is all that’s needed to provide the same functionality. Our main use for this pan is baking bacon. I comes out perfect and, because it isn’t sitting in it’s own drippings, is less fatty. Cleaning the grid is a bit tedious but a good brush and a pre-soak with Dawn Platinum Powerwash (amazing stuff!) makes it relatively painless. We do recommend lining the pan with aluminum foil to keep stuff from baking on to the pan. That makes cleanup extremely easy – no rubbing.

I love the Quarter sheet pan, such a handy size and very easy to keep clean. Not so in love with the Non-stick rack/grid as it’s only oven-safe to 200 C (400 F) whilst the sheet-pan is oven-safe to 260 C (500 F). The one thing that I am really pleased about is the sheet-pan doesn’t warp in a hot oven, that’s a big bonus to me, and the fact it comes with a lifetime warranty.
