This is a great cake pan
I have probably use this cake pan about 10 times and have never had a cake stick to it. I spray it with baking spray as directed . A box cake fits in it very well and the lid keeps it fresh. I have a plastic cake server from my old cake pan and that is the only thing that I use to cut my cake and serve it so I donât have to worry about scratches. Itâs easy to wash, I hand wash it and let it air dry. Itâs rare that I use my dishwasher so I canât let you know how that would work out.Yes, I highly recommend this brand of bakeware. In fact, I have cookie sheets also and I love them!

Excellent quality
I immediately made a pan of cinnamon rolls. The pan is PERFECT – much better than the non-stick one it replced! The lid fits perfectly with a little height that should allow for frosting on a cake. The pan had water in it several hours before washing — no rust spots! Smooth and beautiful. I should have bought NordicWare years ago!!!

Last forever just hand wash after use.Has high clearance for whipped topping or layered desserts.Had mine 8 years and still looks good.

Nice pan but lid very loose
I like aluminum for even baking but always line w non toxic parchment paper because of Aluminum exposure. I liked the lid idea so I bought this. It fits so loose! Iâm wondering if I got a defective one. If I pick up from both sides my fingers pop off the lid

These aluminium trays are great to cook with. I also find them easier to wash up than non stick trays for some reason – food such as a roast doesnât get as stuck and comes off quite easily with a short soak. Itâs also nice to be able to use metal utensils with it. Be aware that if you wash them in the dishwasher they will discolour irreversibly – it wonât affect performance but is something to be aware of.

These are brilliant! I use them for storing marinaded lamb/chicken in fridge overnight, ready and easy to use for a BBQ without getting messy. Definitely recommend.

Klasse verarbeitet. Etwas âdickerâ als andere Marken. Hierdurch verzieht sich bei Hitze nichts. Es ist so stabil, dass man die Form auch mit einer Hand gut aus dem Backofen herausnehmen kann, ohne dass man Angst haben muss das etwas herausläuft. In Deutschland etwas teurer aber das sind die Formen von dieser Marke wert (habe noch andere Produkte dieser Firma).
