Great journal for good sleep and mood tracking
I used this in conjunction with my sleep number bed and Apple Watch to track overall patterns; food sleep water rest mood all of these are tied together and this journal has it all but clear and not cluttered questions to answer daily.Good choice

This is a good note book for tracking moods but it’s basic. If you need to track more indepth I would not get this. Great price.
