Using for almost 3 months. Very good quality. Almost new one. I get at least 5 hours of Screen ln time.

i bought a s21 galaxy ultra 2 weeks ago and returned it for the oneplus 10 t ..the battery in one plus is waybetter and charges way faster .the os is great and overall is better then the s21 ultra which is mainly hypeyou want a good phone withot the marketing hype get a oneplus

Missing Key Accessories – Doesnt charge w included charger -corporate software left on
Not unlocked as advertised and does not come with the Supervooc charger as advertised. This phone DOES NOT quick charge without the Supervooc charger. By the time you buy the correct charger, you could buy a newer phone that’s not refurb. This also had corporate software that couldn’t be removed even with a full master reset. Software prevented new apps and even gmail accounts from being installed on the phone

Excellent phone for a great price. No complaints.The fast charging is truly fast, battery lasts a long time with heavy usage, sound quality is good, and I can’t fault the performance.

China/india version of the phone with different specs.
When I got the phone it still came with the original box albeit in very rough shape. What I got is the ace pro 5g 12/256 version. The phone itself is excellent shape. The battery was flat dead but seems to be holding a charge. It obviously didn’t come with the correct charger because it is a china phone with an indian version of oxygen os. I have been test driving this phone for a bit trying to figure out if I am going to keep it. The elephant in the room is the missing channels for 5g and 4g. In my area I mostly don’t notice any difference. The issue is I am pretty sure the coverage is worse than my old 8t it is replacing. In the future I think amazon needs to start a more stringent process for phone wranglers. They need to disclose if they are selling a Chinese/India market phone. It is not the same as a unlocked euro phone or usa phone.

Muy satisfecho con el celular, llego en caja de carton generica, con protector de burbujas cargador samsung color negro y cable USB C blanco.. sera de una tanda nueva porque sin una sola ralla ni el mas minimo daño, la pantalla impecable, estaba con adroid 12 stock, supongo que habra sido de una camada de cel. nuevos quizas con daños en el empaque..

Not as good as reviewers say
Product was already open and configured. Charger is Samsung, When you plug charger in and start charging it throws the circuit breaker after 3 minutes of charging. Phone overheats at littlest usage and locks up. camera’s are blurry and fuzzy. Storage shows 128gb and understand that some will be taken up by OS and Apps but when you go in after resetting and setting up only 75gb available.

Obviously a high end phone. I am enjoying it.The camera in particular is fantastic with very clear picturesThe only thing I don’t like about it is that some of the scratches on the phone are very obvious.Anyway a good phone.
