Love it!
This products works very well! Itâs the more affordable option compared to the other ones. This is my first time making fresh pasta, and this was easy to use! You should use the camp piece on the counter with more table top area so the clamp ðï¸ can hold the pasta machine better. Itâs not a problem when u finally get the dough thin enough. So work in small sections or flatten the dough first then feed it in the machine.

I’m a first time pasta maker and it was so easy and fun to make homemade fettuccini. Love this machine, it’s so easy to use and not awkward as some have said. If you read the instructions and watch the video you shouldn’t have any problems. My family couldn’t stop talking about how great the pasta tasted exclaiming that it was so much better than store bought pasta, even the fresh in the refrigerator type of pasta. I highly recommend this pasta maker. It is easy to clean and if you follow the instructions you shouldn’t have any problems unlike some of the reviewers. You do need to run a small amount of dough through to remove the oil they put on the rollers during assembly as stated in the directions. You also need to keep the dough slightly dusted with flour to prevent it from sticking to the rollers and cutters as you pass the dough through the different sections of the machine. I highly recommend this machine. I had actually ordered a different pasta maker and after learning that it wouldn’t arrived until July I ordered this one and thank goodness I did because the first machine hasn’t arrived and it’s September. I have many allergies and sensitivities to many store bought products and decided to go back to how my Mom prepared and cooked using only fresh ingredients,non-processed,no,GMOs, no boxed mixes,or anything that had chemicals,preservatives or anything other than the basic ingredients. The pandemic has been the perfect time for me to do this since I was staying home since I am immune compromised due to health issues and the fact that I am just a year out from my last chemo treatment for breast and endometrial cancers. My many allergies have also been a huge factor in making the changes. I have taught myself to make homemade bread and now homemade pasta. I love that I can now make pasta using other fresh ingredients and using different types of flour made from chickpeas, nut flour,and gluten free flours. The texture and taste of homemade pasta will convince you to never buy boxed pasta ever again. So easy to use and clean. I had purchased an attachment for the other pasta maker that never arrived to make lasagna noodles and ruffle edged noodles and it worked perfectly with this machine. So I am completely happy with my purchase. Off to make more pasta for dinner tonight.

The ISILER pasta maker has many positive qualities. To start with, the instructional manual is clear and easy to understand. It includes a basic pasta dough recipe. The pasta roller operates easily and rolls out the dough to a consistent thickness. Our first noodle was fettuccine. The noodles were uniform in thickness and width, something very important when it comes to cooking them. They were all cooked evenly and tasted delicious. We also made dough sheets for making raviolis. We had the same positive results of smooth and even dough. Something to note, the pasta maker began to squeak while rolling out the dough, which was distracting, but it didnât affect the noodle results in any negative way. I would like to know if there is a way to remediate this issue. Maybe some olive oil drops in the workings? The pasta roller adjustment knob for dough thickness operates well, although the numbers indicating thickness took some effort to read. The noodle cutter cuts evenly and is easy to operate. All-in-all the pasta machine produces a consistent noodle and sheet, its thickness and width adjustments work smoothly, it does not move around when clamped to the counter and is typical compared to other machines when it comes to cleaning it.

I recently purchased the iSiLer pasta machine and overall the pasta maker impressed me in how easy it was to use even for a first time pasta maker like me. It operated smoothly and efficiently, and I was able to produce consistent pasta sheets with little effort. The machine is well built and sturdy so I expect this machine will last a very long time.The only thing that I found problematic was trying to read the numbers on the thickness dial. I would suggest that iSiLer make the numbers more legible to better enable people with vision problems to view the numbers easier.Since this was my first time making pasta from scratch I quickly found that while I could do it by myself, having my wife help feed or retrieve the pasta greatly helped to make the whole process more enjoyable and efficient.I consider the pasta maker to be a great deal. It offers a budget-friendly option for homemade pasta enthusiasts, and the quality of the pasta it produces is outstanding. The thickness across the roller isn’t uniform, causing the pasta to get rolled out thinner on one side than the other. This causes the entire sheet to curve as it goes through and makes the pasta really difficult to work with. Do not buy.
