Will Work as Hard as You Will
Initial notes:- This alone will not give you abs. Only low body fat percentage will do that, which is done by proper nutrition and burning fat via exercise.- The Ab Carver is simple but intense. I would not recommend this if you are moderate to severely overweight as it is puts a lot of weight on your upper arms and you may not be able to do it properly.- Read as much about the human body and how it works as you can. Understanding your body is a biological machine that requires proper maintenance to be the way you want it to be is half of the battle.I have been using the Ab Carver for 21 days now, and just completed the initial training circuit it recommends before increasing the roll distance. In short, this little piece of equipment gives you a high intensity workout in a short amount of time. You’ll be working arms, back, shoulders, and most importantly your core. After one use you WILL feel it.When purchasing, first thing you’ll need to do is get on the Ab Carver website and print off their instructions and workout schedule. It is ridiculous they do not send this with your purchase, but its likely a ploy to get you to your website. The workout consists of alternating days 3 sets of 10 reps straight out, with 3 sets of 5 for obliques. This increases each week, until day 21 where you will start pushing out farther.Quality of the machine is pretty high. I haven’t had any problems with the spring inside, and the handles are pretty firm. The pads they send for your knees are pretty flimsy, but again I never had an issue with using them. Does this machine work? Yes. I am already getting defined upper abs, and working on losing my remaining belly fat to show off the lower abs. I can’t stress enough the importance of body fat percentage for abs. If you don’t combine this with a caloric deficit and cardio, you will never get visible abs. Running, jogging, biking, anything getting your heart rate up is good for this combined with proper nutrition.I can’t tell you how long or how hard you’ll have to work to get abs, it can literally take months and months depending on your start point. My advice is not focus too much on gaining that “perfect body” but instead focus on getting a healthy, fit body. For me, I’m on a 60 day plan alternating between running and strength training, with a high protein diet and overall 500 calorie daily deficit. This machine is only a small piece of the overall puzzle to getting in shape, but use it correctly and it is a good tool.Some final tips:1) Develop a plan. You are much more likely to fail if you don’t set up a schedule for exercise and also get a meal plan set up.2) Push through what I call the “Disappointing” phase. You’re going to be working your butt off, look in the mirror in 10 days, and feel sad because you aren’t ripped. Getting a highly fit body will take at least several months, maybe more depending on your start point. Don’t expect it after a few hard exercises.3) Be realistic. The people you see in the commercials for these types of machines are professionals paid to have an almost unsustainable low body fat. Aim for being healthy and lean, as being completely ripped will likely be more time that what you’ll want to put in (myself included).Thanks for reading, your new body begins with the first roll!*DAY 90 UPDATE* Having continued using this every other day as per the schedule, I am now at the max possbile roll distance and difficulty and have been at this level for several weeks. This has certainly increased my core strength, and has given me some nice visible ab outlines now that my body fat is sub 14%. Machine still works perfectly.

This is a fantastic product. I have owned a few roller wheels over the years and this one is flat out the best.It’s very durable and the handles are comfortable in your hands. I’m 52, 6’4″ tall and weigh 275 lbs. I use mine daily in my exercise routine and it’s invaluable. I would absolutely buy again if it ever wears out.

Great value
No engineering degree needed to put this thing together. Just insert the handles and you are ready to go. It is sturdy and performs well. The wide wheel on this which allows for greater balance is a big improvement from the old school ab rollers. Now letâs get fit together.

Good ab wheel
A little heavier than most ab wheels and the internal springs help you get back into your starting position so you can focus on your next rep. The handles are comfortable the ab carvers wider base feels stable while tilting to the sides to target the oblique muscles. I usually start a set to the left, then straight, and then to the right like this “|/”

Easy to use
Product is very easy to use. Comes with pads to put on floor so you dont kill your knees. Great price for the working product. This is 2nd one i bought over 5 years so i definitely recommend. Im a big girl and i do not feel like it is going to break on me when using it, just need more motivation to use more often. Handle is comfortable and fits nice so you dont feel awkward.

Feel the burn!!!
I love this!!! I’ve want to get toned up for the summer and knew that abs would be my weak point. I am so pleasantly surprised at the results. I can feel my abs getting more firm after using this just for a week now, I was a bit skeptical but after reading so many positive reviews I feel like it was worth a shot.The first day I did about thirty reps but could only extend about 24″ in front of me when I could feel major stretching. I did not want to overdue it so I took a break. I wanted to see how I felt the next morning. When I woke up I was sore in my stomach. Not super sore but enough to know I worked my abs. Day by day I have been doing less reps but more sets. I spread it out through the day. I try and do three or four sets of twenty and have been getting better as each day goes by. Now that a week has gone by I am able to extend a good foot further than I could the first day. I can’t wait to see the results that I feel each morning.Some of the things I love about the Ab Carver Pro:1. It’s very well built. I am 5′-11 and weigh 193 lbs. I can put a lot of pressure on the grips when I get extended and it feels very sturdy.2. I love the handles. You are able to position your thumb in two different spots and use which ever feels more comfortable. Ab wheels I have used had grips like a bike handle and always made my hands sore after one use. I have not had any soreness in my hands to this point3. It’s very wide. I used a ab wheel before and felt very wobbly. Like I had no balance. Ab Carver eliminated that problem for me.4. I get a workout in my arms, chest, and shoulders. I can feel the Ab Carver working my upper body as well as my abs.5. THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT TO ME!!!! I feel the stretching and pulling in all of my abs….especially the lower portion. I have the most workout pain around the belly button area. NO MORE CRUNCHES FOR ME!!!! I hate crunches but they are great for the lower abs……the hardest to define for the “six pack”. This gives me the same feeling in my abs targeting the lower portion for me.Hopefully in a few months I will be able to post some pictures of before and after results. I couldn’t be happier with the first week of using this and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking to tone up their midsection.

Super workout mit super Qualitaet Ab Roller. Nutze in den USA, habe diesen hier auf Geschaeftsreise bestellt, weil es einfach besser als ein billiges Teil ist und meinen zuhause vergessen hatte. Wenn man richtig nutzt, dann arbeitet man alle Muskeln. Die handels passen nur auf links oder rechts, drauf achten. Das Kniepad ist minimum sonst koennte man es gar nicht nutzen, aber wenn ich unterwegs bin nutzte ich ein gutes gefaltetes Badehandtuch. Passt in den grossen Koffer, kann also auf Reisen mitgenommen werden (hatte meinen in den USA vergessen). Die schlechten Rezessionen machen was falsch. Dies ist der beste Roller. Jahre Erfahrung damit. Geht nicht kaputt, man muss nur wissen wie man es nutzt.
