Very happy with my PS4. Pristine condition, no scratches or dents. The left arrow button on the controller doesn’t work but that doesn’t bother me. Still 5 stars

Surprisingly the playstation works and looks better then I expected runs well nothing wrong aside from the charger for the controller didn’t work had to swap it out with my own but otherwise it works like a charm

It Worked! (For an hour)… (Replacement Didn’t Work At All)
Opening the box, I noticed the USB cable that connects the controller to the unit was missing, but no biggie, I’ve got a couple in my wire box. The unit powered up normally and I was pretty excited. After about an hour, a message popped up on screen saying the unit was overheating and it powered off. After three hours, I was able to power it up again, but again, it powered off after about an hour. Sent this one back, fingers crossed the next one worksEDIT: The replacement console arrived today! YAY! Oops, hang on… Very Much NOT YAY. Very Much GRRRRRR! This unit doesn’t power on at all. What the hell, people? Are you guys just selling me the garbage consoles you fished out of the river, or Is There A Single Playstation In Your Warehouse That Actually Works? I’ll be sending this one back, too. You’ve got one more shot, Entertainment Restoration, to send me a console that works. I know I’m an idiot for thinking “third time’s a charm”, but since I can’t afford a brand new console, my next stop will be a local pawn shop

Did not get a power cable
Summary until i get a power cord: Overall the console is very clean, and packaged nicely with no damage done to the console or controller. Slight signs of wear on the console and controller, but only if you are looking for them and a reason to be upset. Questionable quality control but the best customer service I have ever gotten and I would absolutely buy from this seller again.8/24/23 orginal reviewConsole and controller seem to be in good condition, no dirt or finger prints, but I got 2 HDMI cables, a super cheap micro USB cable to charge the controller, and no power cable for the console. I contacted the seller immediately to try to get a replacement power cord, and I will update later.Update 8/25/23Seller responded quickly with a partial refund and a power cord is on the wayUpdate 9/17/23Found out the power cord was actually sent to PA and not MN, contacted the seller immediately, he responded the next day with another power cord shipment, and 2 bonus games. I will update again once the package arrives.Update 9/23/23Power cord and games arrived on the 19th, and I have given the console a few days to analyze the performance and such. As expected the power cord that was finally sent to me works perfectly, the games look to be in good condition although they are not really games I would play. No matter, I appreciate the seller for compensation for the issues and will likely try the games sometime soon since I have them, no point in wasting them.Performance wise, the console has a few lag spikes when playing god of war 2018, but I counted 2 in the 4 days I have been playing. As my friends warned me about, the ps4 fan is extremely loud, but I have noise canceling headphones for that. On the topic of headphones, the audio cuts out sometimes when useing the aux port on the controller, it hasn’t the few times I was just using my TV speakers. It’s not often enough or long enough to impact my game at all, just something to note. Overall, 9/10 experience, probably should have gone with the ps4 pro, but its alright.

Perfect PS4 and helpful customer service
I received a perfect PS4 and controller. The cord that connected the controller to the Playstation did not work, but I contacted the customer service and they were super helpful about sending a replacement!

PS4 is good but controller is gross
I ordered this and the first time around they sent an Xbox instead. Was very inconvenient to send back and get the thing I ordered. The PS4 itself is good, thankfully. But the controller they sent with it had not been cleaned and was very gross. One of the sticks looked like it was chewed on by a kid or a dog. As a result, the rubber fell off of it after a short amount of time. The hard plastic underneath was broken and is super sharp and we can no longer use the controller as it hurts to play with. It was also very sticky and had to be taken apart and cleaned. I appreciate you sending a controller with it, but if you’re going to do that, please actually take it apart and clean it properly. Maybe replace buttons and sticks that are broken. The system itself runs smooth and has no issues and looks clean and had no imperfections. The cords were also fine.
