Just use with water only
Wonderful bottle. Once mixed water with a flavor thatâs all I taste. But that slowly went away. I love the amount of water that comes out. Keeps cold throughout whole workout

Great bottle. VERY difficult to squeeze water out in a locked position.
I bought this bottle as well as a Camelbak bottle with a lock. I honestly expected the Polar bottle to be my more convenient but less secure bottle. Not at all! This bottle actually locks better than the Camelbak “Podium” bottle that I bought at the same size, which you have to physically turn to lock. I can squeeze water out of that Camelbak bottle without a whole lot of effort. This Polar bottle when locked is pretty much impossible to squeeze water out of. Honestly I think I might destroy the bottle before water leaks. One downside is that it is very easy to not screw the lid on 100%. And because you have to squeeze the bottle to get water out, water spills out of the lid if it isn’t completely tightened. I’ve done it a few times. It’s just a matter of learning to tighten the lid all the way though. I guess my other bottles are a bit better at screwing on, this one gets pretty firm but you have to keep going until its really on there!

Great Bottle
Love that it comes apart and can be washed in the dishwasher! The spout works super easy and can be operated with your teeth (no need for your hands). I have not had any leak issues with the bottle at all. It is “insulated” but don’t expect Yeti performance – any ice you add will melt pretty quickly.

Great bottle, but keeps water “cold” for a shorter time than expected. Stays cool enough, though.
Overall, for the riding I do, it keeps water cold long enough, but it failed two tests. I froze two inches of water in it, then poured cold, refrigerated water in it. I let it sit on the counter. After 4 hours, the ice had significantly melted and, surprisingly, there was condensation on it, a little that had dripped onto the counter. On an eighty degree day, I poured cold water from the refrigerator in it and rode. Less than two hours later, the temperature had noticeably increased, but the water was still refreshingly cool. For my short 2-hour rides it’s fine. Don’t know how it will perform during temperatures in the 90s here in Mississippi, but I probably won’t ride in those temperatures anyway. It takes a few uses and washings for the plastic-like taste dissipate. I recommend this product. I’ll eventually buy a stainless steel model and give this one to my sister. PS: The membrane is a great idea. I don’t have to constantly close it after a gulp because it prevents water from spilling out. It’s also great for a 10 minute sit in the sauna. Would I buy another one? Yes. Why? The price.

Look good, work well, easy to clean
Great water bottles! I purchased these because of the ability to clean the lid pieces easily and Iâm really happy with how easy it is to take the red spout out of the top to clean it. The bottles are easy enough to squeeze and to use while riding. I use one bottle for my electrolyte powder mix and one bottle for plain water; I like that the designs match but that I can still tell the two apart due to this. Iâd recommend these!

Kudos to Polar definitely improved over past designs
I have the last generation of their pull and push nozzle bottle. This one is so much better. I can tell when the lid is completely tightened, and the seal is a huge feature. The pull/push nozzle requires you to touch it every time you need a drink. Kind of gross with sweaty dusty fingers on the bike trail. This one is better design. Insulation is not like a thermos if you are expecting ice cold bottle all day. It might stay cold for a short period on a hot bike ride.NOTE TO POLAR: the plastic outside of the bottle scuffs very easily. One trail ride, and the bottle already has marks on it.

Segura gelado bastante tempo, especialmente se congelar antes. Bem melhor do que as sem isolamento.

Polar é uma das melhores garrafas para o ciclismo…

Bottle met expectations. My only quibble is that the open/closed valve has to be worked via the teeth when riding unless it’s in the open position all the time.
