Excellent quality
Good size, comfortable to use, quality better than the ones I use at professional PT. Comes with a storage pouch that has room for extra exercise stuff like towel or resistance bands, etc. also has instructions with photos of different types of exercises. Highly recommend.

Itâs a great product !! I used it for the first time tonight and it was a great workout. Feels sturdy and good material. Only gave four stars bc it doesnât bend as much as the one in the videos I watch LOL. Not to say itâs hard to bend because it is not. Very comfortable and functions as intended. Great price as well.

Weak adductorsâ¦
I am currently in physical therapy due to knee issues because I have weak adductors and this has been a true blessing in disguise to use for some of my PT exercises. Then I can also use this for Pilates lol

Not enough resistance
It looks nice and seems to be of good quality however, I take Pilates and use these often during class. I thought it would be nice to have one at home, however, the resistance is very weak. With little effort my ring could squeeze in half and therefore doesnât allow the proper engagement during specific exercises. Maybe I got a dud? Will be returning.
