Works great with the Pvolve program.
I tried to save money by buying a similar product like this but it wasn’t giving me the resistance I needed to get a good workout. This Pvolve equipment does the trick. If you have the Pvolve program, don’t bother buying the cheaper exercise equipment that looks the same.

Resistance bands with a difference
Iâm so excited to write this review. Ever since I saw it on IG, I wanted to attend a class and to buy the P3 trainer. Finally today I got it!!The âtrainerâ has two resistance bands (the black one is longer for stand up work outs, the white band is shorter, therefore more resistance and itâs for mat work outs). The ball seems small but mighty.There are no instructions, so at first itâs pretty confusing but I suggest to watch the video in the description.The quality is superb. Iâm so glad I didnât get the knock off version and got the original.I did my first work out and I loved it.My aim is to tone up for summer so I shall write back with results after 3 months. I have a good feeling.

Great but limited
I was really wanting to love this, there is a limited 7 day membership that comes with it to see how to use it with pvolve. Thereâs not a whole lot of different moves. It is nice to have the straps on both ankles so itâs easy to switch sides easily which I donât think other knockoffs have. The quality is great and I trust using this without getting hurt.
