Great bands for exercise
I really like this set of exercise bands, because it has everything I need. I can put them around a door handle, or anchor them behind the closed door. There are many different resistance band levels for all needs, and they seem to be of good quality. Great price for this set.

The instruction leaflet in the his set has very good pictures to explain to you what to do.The weights go up in increments, 10,20,30,40, 50 lB.The set is very strong and very well packaged, it is very comfortable to wear the attachments.I look forward to learning to work out with this set.

Really high quality set, very impressed. Comes with a neat little bag, which is quite difficult to get all the items back into, but you just roll them up.A sensible range of weights with two handles. I think the exercise sheet is clever giving you ideas on the different ways and positions to use the product.That’s the only downside when it comes to elastic bands, is that it’s a little more difficult than using dumbbells. You have to figure out stances and positions, so that’s where the sheet is a great idea.You’ve go the option to fix the bands inside of the rope which can close in a gap above you of some sort, for instance a door, as it’s a spongy material it doesn’t damage the paint, although if you’re using it on an old door it’d probably damage the hinges. A hook fixed to the ceiling is the best way I’ve found to use these bandsThe resistance seems accurate to the weights, and if you really want to you can attached them all to the handle at the same time, which makes it insanely heavy. If you were buying a set of weights with this much variation it’s cost loads. The bands are clearly well made, and I have full faith they won’t be detreating and drying out any time soon.
