I was not expecting so much resistance in these bands! The 3 bands gradually increase from easy to difficult. I would say the one with least resistance (easier one) is a band that most people could use. The band with the most resistance is challenging! However, it gives me motivation to work up to that band! Also love the material on these. They are super comfortable and nothing like those rubber bands that pull your leg hair.

These used to be my favorite. Iâve repurchased and the quality seems to have changed. I believe the newer sets have less resistance than the older sets. I still believe these are a great versatile option for any traveler or home-gym user. Theyâre not fussy as you can roll them up and throw them in the bag to go. No issues rolling up or slipping. 3 options are really all you need so itâs a good set. Material is good and the width is perfect.

They do roll up but I still LOVE the resistance. Versatility with the colors is cute.ð All of them have a great fit, Iâm just waiting to move up slowly from medium to strong. Portability is great for when I want to move my equipment around. No weird smells, no strings or bad lining. Good quality.

I’ve used them everyday for months so decided to do a review. Excellent build quality. Will probably last another year. I use them A LOT. Of course they slip a little. They all will. But the rubber on the inside makes it stay pretty still on your legs for long periods of time. They are also very comfortable. I use them with sweat pants and never with shorts though. But you can easily almost forget they are on. I can use then for 30 min at a time with no discomfort. Worth the purchase.
