Decent, good for beginners
LooksThe heygelo drone has a pretty nice look and design to it. It boasts a sleek, portable design while also being lightweight and easy to carry for travel. The LED lights are bright, and itâs perfect for flying at night or in low light areas.Battery lifeI find the heygelo batteries last about 10 minutes each. For a beginners drone, this is pretty good. In total thatâs about 20 minutes. They also recharge quickly, so for the enthusiasts they can fly more often.FunctionsWhile you do have to read the manual to know how they work and what does what, once you read it you get a pretty good sense of how to do it. The emergency stop is super useful, while the 360 flip is sure to impress any friend. The high speed rotation is quite nice as well, allowing the drone to circle in place.ComplaintsWhile this drone is very nice, I have two complaints. I could not get the LED lights to stay solid when moving the drone around, no matter what mode it was on. It also seems to have a drift issue, where even indoors with little to no wind at all it drifts around quite frequently making it hard to hover.OverallI recommend this drone to kids who are wanting to get into drones but donât know where to start. While it may not be a high tech, Super fancy 1080 HP camera 300M range it is still good for learning the basics before you jump into the awesome and fun world of drones.

This drone is great
This drone is so much fun. I am learning to fly it still. I am so afraid the wind will carry it away. It almost has twice before. I would highly recommend getting the hang of the controls flying it indoors before taking it outdoors. The colors are great and make it fun to fly. It comes with 2 battery packs that last for a pretty good while once charged. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. The bumpers on the propellers will save you countless money because you will not have to replace the propellers evertime you run into something and it comes with a couple of replacement propellers to start. This product is definitely worth the money.

Great drone for kids
I bought this drone for my 7 year old for Christmas and it’s a huge hit. The led lights are awesome, especially if you’re flying it at night. This drone is very durable and has taken alot of hits while my son was learning how to fly it. Also he landed it in the dogs water bowl on accident and we thought it would be done for after that, but after it dried it still worked. This is definitely the perfect drone for kids and I’m glad this is the one I went with.

a lot of fun
I don’t know who has more fun with this thing, me or my 6 year old. We are both quickly learning how to operate the drone. Its controls are fairly easy, and in fast mode it zips around pretty quick. We’ve crashed it into a few walls and other structures and it’s held up well. I haven’t had a chance to take it outside yet as our temperatures have been well below its minimum operating temperature. I am guessing it would struggle in wind. It’s a lot of fun indoors, that’s for sure. I think it was the #1 gift this year and not particularly expensive.

My nephew loved it!
This ended up being a favorite gift for my 10 year old nephew at Christmas. He played with it non stop. Each battery lasts about 15 minutes of continuous play so it was nice to have another to swap out immediately. Easy to control, the lights look cool.

NOt all it’s cracked up to be.
Bought it for a gift, charging time vs fly time is poor. Grandson stopped messing with it after just a few days, got frustrated for the long charge times and long learning curve.

Batteries Lasted about 4 months
The drone batteries only lasted about 4 months and that was with infrequent use due to weather. The batteries die in about 40 seconds on a full charge now. I really liked the drone when it worked.Update: the company saw my negative review and offered a full refund. Great customer service! I’ll be purchasing another one because I really enjoyed it. Hopefully the batteries last. They powered the drone for around 7 minutes each when I first got the drone. But after not using the drone for a few months the batteries just wouldn’t hold a charge.

Great size, blades are protected
Birthday gift for 12 year old, big success. Easy to charge, run and take to a friend’s place. Super fun to make it do rolls in the air!!! The lights are blue and green, with cages over the blades for protection. The flying sound is not too loud but enough to know its there.

Mi unia queja serÃa que cadapila dura al rdedor de 6-8 minutos de vuelo y tarda unos 40 min en cargarse. incluye dos pilas… está bastante divertido. Es pequeño, cabe en una mano. El contro lleva dos pilas AAA. Se ilumina bastante padre. La reacción en el aire es muyb uena. Ideal para volarse dentro de casa es muy controlable. Si las élices ni vinieran protegidas ya las hubiera roto varias veces pero afortunadamente las protecciones son muy muy eficientes. Incluye refacciones de élice por si llegaran a romperse.

Yes, one battery lasts about 6 mins of flying. But it comes with two batteries and although they indeed do charge 45mins, it is awesomely spent 12 mins having fun with the drone and then it’s put away and doesn’t get boring or overused.Recommended.
