I was cautious about ordering a renewed phone but took a chance because it can be returned. Glad I did. The phone is in great condition. Only a slight scratch on bottom edge. Screen and body is damage free. I charged it and started transferring things from my old iPhone. All is working. Battery seems to be just fine. Some reported low battery life. So far I have not. This is a great way to update your phone without breaking your wallet

Amazing Phone for $300!!
Gotten the phone next day, looks brand new, had a pre installed screen protector which looked from a A14 which left a lot of residue after I took it off, but that wasn’t a big deal. The battery life is way better compared to my previous s20 ultra, the camera is purely amazing with 100x zoom, the performance is immaculate with the snapdragon 888 processor. It works perfectly with my AT&T Sim card, it sadly doesn’t support super fast charging 2.0 compared to my galaxy s20 ultra, however still charges super fast. Hasn’t got any scratches yet, but I’ve only had it for a month. And there is no carrier lock, however once the phone provisioned to my AT&T Sim, it wouldn’t work with CDMA such as Verizon whom I use for my work number. Overall 5 stars easy!

Great so far BUT…
The phone seems to be great so far. I don’t recall seeing any scratches or wear on the phone. It also works great internally so it is truly unlocked!However the charger that came with the phone did not work at all. The charger cord seems to work when paired with another base, but the base seems to be the problem. It’s a good thing that I had another wall piece/base to use!Also the cord does not support fast charging. When the chord was attached tp a fast charging base, it would slowly transition from 1.5 hours to 5.5 hours until full charge.Although the phone is renewed, I do expect to be given a proper cord and wall piece as I did not get the full value of my money spent in that regard. Otherwise the phone works great so far. Will update if anything changes.

Excellent 2nd phone screen scratches
Ordered two s21 ultras replacing S8+. Couple inches longer than S8+. Many changes since S8+ but much still the same. Data transfer, did twice did not send everything. Hubs wanted to keep images/vids on old phone so he chose dont send images/videos. Moving US Cellular ESim was easy! Took 1 minute! Only issue is USC network for new phones is not their warp network, had to go back to lightspeed. Which is ok bc were on wifi mostly. Hubs phone has 5 small scratches on screen near buttons. Amazon wont give discount only choice is to return.. so “excellent” condition was not totally true for 2nd phone same seller. S8+ became unusable super slow always deleting videos or phone froze. Happy to see everything moved over and still tons of room! Two changes..no headphone jack, or SD card expansion. Keeping old phone can use w wifi or store photos. Got a pen for about $10 nice to create note, reminder, handwrite to text. Overall excellent so far!

Amazing phone for $300
Thr phone came with no issues and worked with my service provider immediately. Thr camera on this phone is amazing. And the speaker’s are very loud as well, and don’t even get me started in how good the screen looks.

Works/looks/feels as good as new
I’ve only had this for a bit over a month and I do realize that a lot of the value in this revolves around longevity. I just went with a 2 year warranty personally. So far so good though. An $1100 phone for $3/400. I couldn’t even tell in the slightest that it’d been used and it works great. If you’re considering it but unsure, just go for it and get the warranty like me if you’re really worried. It’s a great phone for a great price. Does not fit into a razer kishi v1 just for the record even though their site says it does.

Excellent but not flawless
Ordered excellent condition but interms of appearance it had a few dents on the chassis nothing too noticeable once I dropped a case on it was looking all brand new . The unit performs like new and is generally of sound quality. I havent had any challenges with it heating up whle charging or anything like that. It locks and unlocks perfectly and so far has a very good battery life.

Fast battery drain
I’ve had this phone for 2 days now. The phone looks great and works as expected. Unfortunately, I’m not impressed with the battery life. I know overall the S21 battery is an issue but this one drains quickly. I’m going to hang on it for a couple more days and may have to return it. It drains to dead off in 5 to 6 hours.Update 5/12/24…..The battery life never improved. Battery got very warm during charging but thought I would just get battery replaced for $100 and not worry about shipping it back and getting credit and all that stuff. Last week I fell into a pool with phone in pocket and immediately pulled it out. Phone wouldn’t turn on after that at all. Got it diagnosed for $45 and result was a cooked motherboard. Not the ending I was hoping for. This also is not the fault of the seller in no way at all. The only complaint I have us I wish they would of caught the fact of the battery issue plus the fact it took longer to receive from Amazon than at first stated. I will order another one from Amazon and take a chance since in the past 4 phones I’ve ordered I never had an issue.

Product came in mint condition and works flawlessly. Watch out for the screen protectors that are way too complicated if you order some with the device. Your best to not go with the bundle package including a cheap case and cheaper screen protectors. Those extras ended up in the trash right away!

Soy técnico de celulares, por lo que tengo mucho conocimiento y espero poder ayudarles.Quiero dejar claro que compré al vendedor CellFeeee a pesar de que es el de USA y yo México No me cobraron impuestos de aduana, ya que vienen incluidos en el precio final. El envÃo tardó alrededor de 4 dÃas y el teléfono vino en una caja blanca que claramente no es original y con un cargador genérico que no tengo ni idea si es certificado.En cuanto al teléfono, es completamente liberado y no tiene problemas de funcionamiento. Yo compré la calidad excelente y solo tenÃa una pequeña rayadura casi imperceptible cerca de la carga, lo más notable son unos puntitos negros en la tapa (estos puntitos pueden ser debidos al pegamento que le ponen a la tapa ya que aveces se come la pintura el pegamento pero no son notorios a 30cm) . Si eres muy exigente con la estética de tus teléfonos, te recomendarÃa pensarlo antes de comprarlo.Las piezas son originales, La baterÃa es imposible saber si es original ya que tendrÃa que abrirlo, pero pues tiene duración, la pantalla es completamente original, la tapa también es original y tiene un procesador Snapdragon 888 con 12GB de RAM. Las cámaras toman buenas fotos y el teléfono es bastante rápido. A pesar de que pagué por la calidad excelente, puede haber detalles mÃnimos, asà que si no te importan esos pequeños detalles, te lo recomendarÃa. Sobre la bateria yo la cargo del 15% hasta el 85% para evitar el deterioro y esto me dura de 7am hasta las 6pm casi todo el dia. el vendedor te da un papel donde dice de cuanto es la baterÃa, según mi baterÃa era del 97% es decir casi nueva y si en efecto dura bastante.Sobre los juegos por si alguien le gusta jugar COD mobile o juegos que usan muchos recursos. yo utilizo graficos altos y si se calienta, pero es mÃnimo, cuando juegas con altos graficos si se baja la baterÃa un poco rápido claro recomiendo siempre usar ahorro de bateria y quitar la ram virtual (ya que la ram virtual no sirve de mucho en estos teléfonos provoca calentamiento y ningún juego o app utilizara toda la rama ya que tiene bastante)En resumen, a pesar de los pequeños detalles que mencioné, si no te molestan estos aspectos, el teléfono es rápido y funcional y si yo lo recomiendo. (Por seguridad, tapé el IMEI en la tapa) **No tome muchas fotos por que el teléfono prácticamente se ve bien**

I purchased my phone April 19th, it is now the end of August and my phone is completely falling apart. The most ridiculous part is, it hasn’t been dropped nor has it fallen. The back of my phone’s glass somehow shattered inside my phone case. I can now see the half of the motherboard keeping my phone running. The front of my screen is also cracked. Since I’ve had this phone, it began falling apart on me 2 weeks in. This is 4 months in and it is literally coming undone. Hopefully I’ll have a phone still at the 6 month mark…
