6. HOW TO MAKE THE MATTRESS HOLD AIR? After inflating please make sure the cover is PARALLEL then press ALL the cover down HARDLY, so it will more tight and no crack between cover and valve, It’s very helpful to prevent leakage. Air mattress fits my Highlander pretty good
I bought this for my coming road trip. Generally itâs easy to inflate the 6 independent areas with the included air pump. Took me only less than 10min in total. I tried it and felt more comfortable than I thought cuz I am 5â6â so that I could stretch my legs without any problems. The quality is pretty solid. Only downside is the pillows are too compact. Would be much better if can be longer. Other than that, I think it can do a great job.

Easy to inflate
This air mattress was easy to inflate and I liked the separate chambers. It fit the back of my Kona perfectly. I had a difficult time sleeping on it, though, and switched to a foam mattress instead.

Recemmended Purchase, easy set up and take down
I work odd and varying hours and places and sometimes I need to take a nap in my car. I felt like I was laying my car seat down too much, and didn’t want to blow the motor, so I looked into getting this “suv air mattress” and I am certainly glad I did!I love that it has different compartments and configurations to adjust what fits my needs. Especially with having a car seat take up half the space, I can lay down the other back seat and use half my suv as a bed. I have used this for a couple of months and am satisfied with it. Sure, it came with its own handy cigarette lighter pump, which turbo filled each of its separate valve stem/chambers, lickety-split. I even tested it, fully inflated, where it fit perfectly in the back of my Prius, lay down on it, thinking to myself, wow… this could actually be what the positive reviews (Which reeled me in) say it is, IE âcomfortable.âAlas, comfortable it was NOT. More like a Game if Thrones Medieval torture device. Yeap. I was taken in by the fact that the mattress has multiple chambers; one for her and one for me. But what I got, especially on my side of the mattress i.e. the larger one⦠was an huge poking pain in lower back. And for some reason the mattress âbowed,â causing oneâs mid section to be raised higher than my head and my feat – so – Donât even THINK about sleeping on your back. No problem; just turn and sleep on your side, right? Granted, it was Infinitely more comfortable, (on my side) that is to say – I could actually sleep (at some point) if I concentrated⦠for a few precious minutes.The other tandem nighmare was simply that when you moveed on this mattress – you are going to wake up your mate because of the NOISE.And possibly awaken every furry creature within a 25 yard radius of your tent, Car, dwelling, whatever. Yeah… our dogs could be heard whimpering throughout the long nights, as if asking âwhat fresh hell is this?âAnd all that equaled two full nights of deplorable, uncomfortable, worst ever, nights sleep.I SO wanted to the love this mattress.Instead, It ended up back in the box and returned, where all I could think of was crawling back into my own comfortable bed for an actual nightâs sleep.

This SUV mattress fit very well in the back of my GMC Acadia, and inflates quickly. My complaints are as follows:1) there is no way to âpre-inflateâ this in the house as it only comes with the round auxiliary power outlet. I was unable to pump this from my house unless I used a different pump or somehow had a car outlet in my home.2) with 2 bodies on the mattress, it deflated quickly3) it REEKS with an oily plasticky smell.4) despite it inflating quickly, there are 4 sections that need to be inflated separately, causing inconveniences as I was hopping to both sides of my car to inflate. As such, during our brief use of it during a drive in movie, the sections deflated at various speeds.Overall Iâd say this is okay. It works in a pinch but you will want additional padding and blankets to make it comfortable for camping.

Bought this for my 2023 Ford Maverick
I bought this as a base layer when camping out of the back of my 2023 Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid. If you flip it 180 degrees (so the wider ‘head’ area is at the tailgate) it fits perfectly between the wheel wells in the bed. I don’t use the additional ‘pillows’ thankfully they’re not attached. I use real pillows. I lay a full size roll up foam camping mattress on top of this inflatable mattress and it allows us to sleep on TOP of the wheel wells effectively creating a full size mattress in the bed. Feels like glamping.

So good so far after a 11 days road trip
I was worried because some bad experience from before.I bought it for 11 days road trip in Alaska. During my use, air held really well the first night, deflated a little bit in the high heat of the tent the following day, and then refilled it and it held well on the second night. No holes! But really, it was nice waking up in the morning on an air mattress still firm.I have been through a handful of cheaper air mattresses for tent-camping. This one is fine so far.It separates by a bigger and a small part. The gap between is not comfortable if sleep by two persons. Maybe release some air might help.My photos show the detail of air valve. One plug for in, one for air out.
