Narrow, lightweight, lots of length
Heavy duty, easy to use, quality product. Fits the loops on my Big Agnes pack and I strapped tent, ground pad, and dog bed to the outside of the pack easily.

Great, Secure Straps
I bought these to secure a waterproof duffel to my bicycle, not an easy task. They work awesome, they are light, and the contoured buckle doesn’t slip. in the 3/4 x 60″, I weighed 28g 1oz, and in the 40″ size, I had 20g / 3/4oz. I’m actually planning to use one as a hiking belt! It’s much thinner than other options so it won’t interfere with the waist strap, and it’s a full quarter pound lighter than my web-belt.

Actually decent for the price.
They work well and look like they will hold up. Mine have either been stored in the rain or previously used. Paint is blotched and scratched up. Functionally perfect though. Going to tie down a folding chair and small duffel on a motorcycle trip.Got back from my 3000 mile trip and ended up using them to keep my sleeping bag and mexican blanket as compact as possible. They worked great.

Great rack straps.
I got these to strap cargo to my bike rack, and I’m grateful. Honestly, I did a lot of research trying to find reliable straps to secure bags to my rack, and something I could tuck away easily so it’s always ready, and this was the best I could find. It’s very simple, and can be used for big or small stuff, and for a bike, you can just wrap it around the frame when you’re not using it.I would love to have more color options, but putting that aside, I feel this is an item that fits a need that there’s few options for.

These are clever and handy
Well, I am an unashamed fan of Sea to Summit gear, and this item is another good product from them. I honestly have not used them on my kayak yet, but I tried them out in the very dry safety of my dining room. I have hopes of using them on an extended trip someday. If not obvious from the description, these straps allow you to basically stack dry bags together, saving deck space on your kayak or whatever other place you want to use them. Clever and handy. Seem to be Sea to Summit’s usual good quality. Handy to have on hand.

Superb Product —- Great for backpacking
Sea to Summit is well known for making very high quality products at a cost to match, and these lashing straps are a wonderful addition to your pack. Having failed to successfully strap all of my gear to the outside of my backpacking pack with ropes and conventional straps, I went for it with these. I purchased the 1 meter length and use these to hold either my tent or sleep pad securely on my pack. They adjust very well and feel quite durable. Initially, I worried about the hooks coming undone but this has not been an issue provided they are pulled tight enough. Overall, a very great product which is well worth the cost. The convenience this gives a pack is a godsend!

A tiny, well made, very expensive strap of dubious utility
Good: this strap is definitely well made, and even good looking. Not so good: the buckle isn’t very strong or stiff, so if you put anywhere near the claimed load on this it will flex visibly. The ugly: it’s a ton of money to spend for a tiny little strap that does the work of maybe 50 cents worth of webbing or cord.
