Nice product.
Power surge got my new refrigerator motherboard. Luckily I figured it out reducing my bottom line. Immediately purchased this to protect my equipment ! It has a light letting you know it’s working properly.

Easy installation. No way to assess effectiveness.

so far it’s good
Relatively easy to install. Manual/directions that come with it are nearly useless. You’ll need a dedicated 20-30A 240V breaker in the electric panel to install this. Keep the receipt, this thing has 3 year $10K equipment protection warranty, but there’s no registration with Seimens.

120V setupâno instructions anywhere
After conducting an extensive search for information on how to connect this device to a 120 V circuit, I was unable to locate any relevant documentation.Subsequently, I attempted to connect L1 and L2 to the same voltage source, but this did not produce the desired outcome, as the indicator light remained unlit. However, upon connecting L2 to neutral instead of a secondary power source, the indicator light successfully illuminated. I opted to use neutral rather than ground due to the absence of a ground wire with the device.

No instructions for 120v
Description states it works with 120v but can’t find any wiring diagram for how that’s supposed to work. I am very handy with this stuff and gave it a go but status light still shows nothing. I checked all over online and couldn’t find the instructions or wiring diagram anywhere.Probably okay if your using 240v but if your doing 120v stay away!

It’s small but I don’t know if it’s strong enough

Instructions lacking, didnât work
Instructions were lacking of how to install in a 120v single phase install (no second leg). I tried both leaving the second line wire disconnected and also wiring both to the same phase, but the device never worked (did not illuminate the protected lights).
