The install was easy (I am a licensed electrician) provides surge protection for the entire panel.The shipping was slow took almost a month but it did arrive.

This Item Does Not Have Any lights or LEDs in it, so don’t worry if it doesn’t light up.It does Not Need any lights or LEDs in it.It is not a circuit breaker, and will not “trip” like a circuit breaker, and then can be reset.The indicator window is only that, a viewing window.If the windows are Green, then the device is working properly.If one or both of the windows are red, that means the device has faulted, and manually flipped the indicator color in the viewing windows.Plain and simple, if this device lights up then you have a major problem.Just trust me, I’m an Electrician and install these all the time.Also, there is No Way to test these unless you want to send a surge through your power meter over what the device is rated for.Go ahead and do that while you blow up everything in your house at the same time.Again it’s a surge protective device SPD that operates according to voltage fluctuations, and Not a circuit breaker which operates due to the amount of amps being used.They are completely different things.

Bunch of people said it doesn’t light up so it’s not working. It’s not supposed to light up It has a green indicator which would turn red . It’s not an LED light it’s just a color. I agree it’s not bright like an LED light but it also doesn’t say it’s an LED light. It’s an indicator. The product works fine but if you’re looking for a light that’s going to have a big LED light to show you it’s working this it’s not your product.

Ordered this unit through Amazon. The good news is the unit was delivered a day earlier than expected. The bad news is it didnât work. It was a waste of my time, energy and money. If I receive a full refund plus shipping Iâll be happy I didnât lose money. It was still a waste of my time and energy.
