The grips on the palm provided great support; and take it from someone whose palms sweat when working out, it’s needed. The wrist straps offered stability while allowing an unobstructed form. They run a little small for being xl gloves but for the price, can’t go wrong! The elastic Velcro wrist straps are my favorite thing about these gloves. They protect me grip and stabilize my wrists. Very breathable and toss em in the wash after a few uses.Fresh new & ready to work out!

Wore off pretty quick, still formed hand calluses
Worked great at first, about 2-3 months in they wore down and I found calluses on my hands which were semi painful :(. Not the best quality. was a lil too warm also but support from wrist straps were outstanding and helped grip. easy to remove.
