Great GF mix!
Easy to make and delicious every time. I can’t tell the difference in flavor or texture between this mix and a traditional mix. Simple, limited ingredients… the best!

Absolutely Amazing
I was able to make 12 nice sized muffins. I added more pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, dates, and walnuts. I used 1/2 coconut oil and 1/2 light olive oil. They were so moist and flavorful.

Quality
I love these products, the price may seem a little high but if you have a child or family who has a dairy allergy than you will be willing to pay the price. This is perfect for baking cake, muffin etc. The taste is good and you can even add some vanilla flavor if desired. Consistency isnt watery or dull. Almond flour is the closet to regular flour when it comes to taste , consistency and flavor.

convenient but spendy
I have to eat low carb and I can work these into my carb allowance so all of the stars for that. They taste great. I don’t buy them very often though because dang, this mix is expensive! Muffins should not have to cost that much! But I have no issues with the mix or muffins themselves.

Yummy!
It is easy to make and tastes better than store bought muffins.

One of the best and clean cupcakes out there!
Our family love simple mills but this one was such a party favorite! I couldnât find a bakery that had super clean ingredients so I decided to bake these for my sonâs birthday party. Super easy and not only the kids but adults loved them. It was super delicious, fluffy, light and moist. Will definitely be buying more.

Chocolate is the hardest to make and tastes the worst. Causes massive bowel movements. Painful.
Basically everything I said in the title. I ordered the 3 pack of banana, pumpkin, and chocolate. The banana was the best tasting and my entire household had to be monitored to make sure they weren’t eating more than 1 muffin a day. This wasn’t successful haha. We ate them up quick and came to regret it later. It was filling, but if you eat more than 1 a day, you had best be prepared for BULK in your bowel movements. It honestly was so painful it felt like giving birth. Lesson learned. The pumpkin one had a weird smell akin to salmon jerky, but when topped with pecans and maple syrup, it was a fairly tasty breakfast replacement. The chocolate. Ooooh woe the chocolate. The measurements are off and if you are unfamiliar with baking, it is the least novice-friendly of the three. I hope you have a measuring cup that can accurately measure 2/3 of water. Even with that, the mixture came out like soup broth, resulting in flat muffins with wet bottoms. The chocolate had no taste after baking, which was strange since the powder definitely has a chocolate taste to it. If you do go with the chocolate, I suggest you do a half water-half milk mixture (for all of them really) when it calls for water and carefully add the mixture of water and milk until you have batter. Don’t just blindly follow the measurements on the box, not for the chocolate mix.I would also say melt some chocolate of your choice in a ceramic cereal bowl, letting the bowl float in a pot of boiling water and stirring the melting chocolate. This method is recommended for those new to baking. Take the melted chocolate and add it to the chocolate muffin mix and thoroughly stir. Do not whisk. As I said above, these taste better if you go half water and half milk when it calls for water. The banana and the pumpkin don’t require anything extra to taste right. Avoid the chocolate, it has no flavor once baked. Don’t eat more than 1 a day or else pay later in the bathroom. >__oIt is easy to stir with just a spoon and your arm. You don’t need a blender. True to the box, these will be ready in 20 minutes. 25 minutes will make them far too dry. The chocolate wasn’t able to be made solid even after 45 due to my blindly following the measurements on the box.

Very good!
I wanted a healthier option for a homemade birthday cake and this turned out great! Very moist and not a weird texture for a gluten free mix. Everyone ate it and enjoyed it! Definitely will buy again!

Only received one. Tedious process to get a refund.

I used these for snacks! While everyone else is stuffing donuts in their mouth I was able to stay dairy and gluten free . I added a bit more cinnamon and some raisins. Delicious.

I took this cake to church so anyone with gluten or dairy intolerances could have something with their coffee. It was a hit. People who liked almonds really enjoyed it too.

Somehow, and I don’t know how, I fooled myself in ordering, whilst mixed up with the idea there were more that a single package in my deal! Mymistake yed, but I have difficulties to forgive myself ordering for that matter??!!
