Total Game-Changer!
This air mattress is a game-changer! I am a flight attendant, flying mostly international trips. On those long trips (8-16 hours), we get a break, which could be anywhere from an hour to 6 hours. Lots of people (mostly the guys!) can actually SLEEP in the crest rest bunks, but I never have. Literally, never- no matter how long the break is. Itâs great to be able to take off our shoes and lay down, but our bunks are pretty awful- small, low ceilings, hard âmattressesâ. Very coffin-like. I ran into a friend who was getting ready to fly one of the long flights, and we talked about how tough those long flights are if you canât sleep while on break. He told me he rarely slept on break until he got a camping air mattress, and pulled his out to show me. It was rolled up, and in a little pouch, about the same size as the rolled up sweater in my bag. Not bad! I can make room in my bag for that. So I ordered this one. When it came, I wasnât sure I could blow it up. I donât know what I was expecting, but I guess the âholeâ is larger than I thought it would be. After a couple of puffs, I realized it was fine and do-able. It took about 24 âblowsâ to get it fully inflated. Itâs pretty thin when fully inflated (about 2 inches), but the way itâs designed, with all the âbumpsâ all over, itâs quite functional. It was easy to deflate, and rolled up easily, when I figured out that I had to start at the bottom and roll out every bit of air. So it went in my bag, ready for my next trip. That next trip was a short one, so our rest break was only about an hour and a half. I knew I wouldnât sleep in that short time, but hopefully the air mattress would keep my hips from aching like they always did. Yes, it was a little bit of a hassle to take the time to blow it up and then deflate it when my break was over, but I was willing to try anything to be able to actually sleep. And sleep I did! I couldnât believe it! I put my earplugs in, crawled into the bunk, and promptly went to sleep. Actual sleep- where my alarm had to wake me up! Since then, Iâve slept every time Iâve used it, and I have to say itâs been life-changing. Seriously! I just got home from doing a long trip (over 15 hours of flight time each way), and it was so nice to actually SLEEP on break, and not be SO exhausted after each flight.Iâm sad that it took almost 20 years to be able to sleep while on crew rest, but SO HAPPY that I can now! I highly recommend this air mattress to flight crews and campers. âï¸ðâºï¸ð

Great solution for military
I can only sleep on my side, and the standard usmc issue isomat is horrible. This bad Larry works great for being tactical, low profile, and easy to inflate/ deflate. I put as much pressure as I possibly can into it and I can comfortably sleep on my side. It’s no tempurpedic, but it is a game changer for field ops and a sore back.It is extremely compact and light weight, and for being very thin material, it has held up well so far (one 7 day field op and lots of movements) I have recommended this to scrap of my colleagues. One draw back, I don’t think I will ever get it to fold small enough to fit back in it’s carrying pouch, but it does up very thin, so I just leave it in my pack folded in a 12″x12″. Takes up no space at all

Does the job
Itâs loud. The plastic is not quiet during any kind of movements. Light sleepers beware. By the end of night 3 sound was slightly better but still louder than I would like. Itâs comfortable I guess. Made sleeping in our rental car during a music festival tolerable but itâs not very thick, as a side sleeper this was a bit rough but I wouldâve been 10x worse off without it. Note tho, I wasnât sleeping on a sleeping bag or blanket, just directly on the pad and a blanket over me. Easy to fold up and put back in the carrying pouch! Lightweight as all hell. Filling up with air is about a minute or two task, made easy by the plastic stopper on the inside of the air hole. And deflating is just as fast. Downside is would like it more thick, more silent, and the edges of the mat are quite sharp, the backs of my arms rubbing the sides/edges of the mat was kind of uncomfortable during sleep as well, but once again I slept right on the mat, a sleeping bag or blanket between me and the mat would likely help with the sound and comfort issues. 4/5 stars âï¸

Very comfortable sleeping pad.
I am a flight Attendant aND use the mattress for rest (on long flights). I bought this as a replacement for a misplaced mattress. With no comparison this is a good mattress. Initially I was not pleased because it is long. But it is a standard length. Upon inflation with a pump, it inflates fairly quickly. It has tiny compression pillows that are wonderful when inflated ( you can’t see them until you inflate). It deflates easily and folds compactly. It fits into my onboard bag as it isn’t my larger than a 16 oz. Cup.Good investment for a great night’s rest.Great for camping and traveling (great for hotel rooms). I would recommend buying but also purchase a portable pump for inflation.

25 Nights and counting
We took two of these to Scout Camp for 5 nights. They held air the entire time without needing to be blown up again. They are light weight and would be excellent for backpacking.Update: this is a life saver at work. I’ve been working crazy hours (get to work 4am and work till 5 or 6. Welcome to the world of starting your own business) and I get tired during the day. I keep one of these in my office and when I find my head bobbing I take a nap on it. I’ve found it very comfortable to the point I sleep on one each night at home too. They are light weight and pack small.

Side sleeper and hips never felt the ground!
Took it on a backpacking trip in high elevation and it was easy to blow up. I slept great, it wasnât noisy, and it didnât lose its inflation. It evenly distributed weight and I never felt the ground. Didnât take up much weight or space in pack either.

Good if it stays inflated, sucks when not!
Ordered two of these last minute for 4 days backpacking in the Grand Canyon because I couldnât find my previous ones which included a different back up brand. Tested before the trip BUT a very slow leak wasnât caught in one! Ugh ð, one failed completely flat, no back up one made for uncomfortable nights. I did just receive a full refund but what a bummer. The other one was fine but no way would I order from them again.

Es demasiado delgado el producto!! Y con unas 4 pulgadas más de ancho estarÃa mejor!!

Well made for the price.Very compact rolled up in a small pouch.Comfortable easy to inflate thanks to a one way air valve.Colour is more of a pale green also two patches and a product information card added. The sizing is perfect for sliding inside a sleeping bag a little noisy nothing to crazy though overall very good.

Have had very light use of it in the last 12months.Noticeable degradation of air tightness. It will not hold air for more than 15mins at each inflation. Comfy when it works in the first 15mins.Good design but No I would not recommend this – purely based on its poor quality.
