Holds charge a long time
I hv purchased this watch for myself and my friend. Itâs easy to useâ¦has many functions and keeps a charge for a long time. I can check my history on DayBand. Great buy.Now I hv to change my favorable review. I bought this in 3/18/24. Now in September, it does not finish issuing a heart rate, oxygen etc. I bought another in Augustâ¦one month later same problem. I was impress3â¦.NOW I AM NOT. I returned the August purchase, but Iâm stuck with the March purchase.

Just received it today. Spent hours trying to set it up. User manual is worthless. Qr code would not scan. Says it tracks your sleep there’s nothing that shows up on the screen for this feature. I couldn’t even change the time on it, not that I bought it for that. I have a watch. Save yourself a headache and your time and don’t purchase this piece of crap. I threw mine in the garbage. Where it belongs.

not really worth it
First a like it, it was kind slow but I totally expected that. but it did work well all functions.The battery life is super short, maybe a day.It is not water proof, with less than a month, I got water inside.Now i got a blue line in the screen.I liked the app. very simple, but very easy to use. There is a lot of potential for this to be a good watch, but need better case, maybe a military style. and some needs to be water proof and longer battery

Stops charging after 2 months
I ordered this for my boyfriend and it stopped charging after 2 months. Wrote company and exchanged it but new one did not work either. Would not record results. Wrote company and now they wonât respond back to me. Not happy so have to buy new one from someone else. Customer service starts off good but deteriorates quickly if you have more than one issue.

Battery runs out too quickly. It’s a bit of a struggle to remove the charging port.

Impossible to set up
Band does not disconnect easily for usb access or reconnect correctly. App has an impossible captcha code requirement to get setup going that is a full, long sentence with punctuation and 59 seconds to get it all in.Update:I received a reply from the seller when I asked about the app ” Actually you can skip the registration for the app on your phone. And then connect this product with your phone using Bluetooth. Make sure the Bluetooth of your phone is on. ” I had already returned the product, but it was helpful of them to send this information to me. If I had seen this sooner, I might have reconsidered sending the watch back.
