Lights stopped working
I bought these originally and one of the set of 4 lights just wouldn’t turn on. So I returned them and got a replacement thinking I just got a broken one. Well the next set I got worked for a few weeks and just a few days outside of the return window one of the set of 4 stopped working. I’m really sad about it because they really are pretty when they work but just aren’t good quality.UPDATE- The company reached out after my review and offered to send new ones. I got the new ones and these all work great so far. Customer service is definitely great and I really appreciate them reaching out.

UPDATE:Customer service conacted me and within a few days I had replacements. Now my garden is complete. Nice to see there are still companies that go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their customers! (Amazon did not handle this transaction. It was directly with the seller.)Thank you again.Original Review.I purchased 4. 2 work. One does not. One came broken. The solar charger is hanging by the wires so it ramdomly works. Disappointed. I cannot return since they lights are at a different property.

The ones that worked look great, but…
I love the way these look, BUT… I bought 2 (4 pack) boxes and each box had one that stopped working after 2 days. It just wouldn’t come back on at all. They were fully charged, had not gotten wet ( although that shouldn’t matter if it had as it is an outdoor item) nor damaged in any way. I planned to buy several more as I do like the look, but not when 1/4 of the package stops working almost immediately.**EDIT** Since my original review I was contacted by the seller and offered a choice of a full refund or replacement, which I thought was awesome. However they changed that offer to a partial refund d for only for a single light and requested that I send my personal information instead of refunding through Amazon as is the correct and safest way to do so. After reaching back out that I would prefer the refund through Amazon, they do not respond. Also, two more of the lights have stopped working since that time. I did not request a refund, they reached out to me and offered, so buyer beware. I wasn’t too hassled about it, I would much prefer the lights to just have remained working. I do like the way they look.

Very bright
I just received these yesterday and they haven’t even charged other than what they received from my indoor lights. They stayed glowing most of the night just from that. I would have given them five stars except I thought the stems were bendable so I can pose them the way I wanted. They’re not, they just sort of sway with the breeze. As of right now I really like them, I hope that they last me through the seasons, obviously I will take them in for the winter but look forward to using them during the Spring through Fall next year.

Bought a pack of 6, At first night 4 of them is working fine but 2 of them is not work properly, it keeps go on and off, After using for over a week, 3 of them stop working completely.🙁 So only 3 of them are still working. Because of the lights are so pretty and it make the garden looks amazing at night I will probably buy another pack of 6 and hopefully most of them are ok.🤞 UPDATED…I left the 3 that stop working completely outside every night along with the working ones, now some nights 4 of them work some nights 5 and some nights all 6 work. 😊 Very happy with them. Even though not all of them work but still in a very good value and it very pretty. Thank you.
