    Perfect for camping
Perfect and easy to use over a campfire, does get black on the bottom so it doesn’t look great after first use but that’s only cosmetic, still works great. Holds 2 16oz water bottles for boiling. Very light holds heat well but handle is cool enough to touch. No noise and makes coffee taste perfect. Easy to clean and use.

Well made and easy to use
I love coffee but every-time we go camping I have no easy way to make it. This is by far the simplest system I’ve found and it’s very well made. It’s metal and can be used with water directly on the fire, I used a jet boil and dumped the water in because it was easier. The coffee turned out great with no grinds. The unit has a simple coffee press system made of a heavy duty plastic. It’s very light weight and easy to pack. It would work great if you are hiking a long way. You first place the amount of coffee in the bottom, I did about 2 tbsp. Then I poured in boiling water (if you boil on fire you will want to boil the grounds with it). I then waited about 5 min then used the press. Coffee turned out perfect. Clean up was super easy. The screen usually is the worse part to clean but this one was easy.

Works So Good, We are going to use it for more than camping.
This little pot makes coffee so good, we are going to start using it at home. Super easy, well built and easy to clean. French press beats our coffee Ninja, even using plain old folgers.

    Great Coffee, Easy Cleanup
Quite impressed with this after trying it out. I filled water to the line as stated, heated the water, and added 1/2 cup of coffee grounds (I tried a 1/4 cup and 1/3 cup before going to 1/2 but they were too watery and I don’t care for too strong of coffee). After pressing the screen in (5 minutes later), it didn’t overspill and no coffee grinds came through. How flavorful! We were looking for something easy to clean, easy to make, and compact to store on our travels around the country (two of us). This works well. If I had anything negative to say, I wish they had the same thing for 40 ounces as we have Stanley 20 ounce mugs and this doesn’t fill them up. We have to brew 1-1/2 pots. It’s a little large for two 10-12 ounce ceramic mugs. The diameter is small as well and using it on a camp stove I can’t turn the flame up to heat the water faster or the flame will go around the sides of the canister. Another reason the 40 ounce might help.Regardless, it’s not a bad choice for a couple camping of hiking. If you put an insert at the bottom to protect the screen, you could store bagged coffee and a measuring cup inside for easy storage.

    Fantastic for travel
I’ve been using this when I travel for quite a while now, since a glass French press is far too fragile. It is also my backup French press at home if my home French press breaks or I need a second one for any reason. It is very durable, has never dented, & works perfectly. The foldaway handle is fantastic for when you pack it up. The one thing I have occasionally forgotten is to fold the handle out BEFORE adding hot water. Once you add hot water the body is very hot to touch, so do remember to put the handle out first. You can also heat the water IN the French press over a fire, etc, but I rarely do that. If you do, don’t add the strainer while heating since it is plastic-a very durable plastic, but I would just wait to be safe.

    Perfect for camping
This thing makes a great cup of coffee. We took it camping and everyone loved it. Super easy to clean because it only uses a couple of parts. All you need is coffee grounds and some hot water. Very light weight and easy to pack. I’ve even used it at home because it makes a better cup of coffee than our coffee maker.

I have a glass press, this Stanley works better
I made morning coffee with this Stanley All-in-one coffee press using a Coleman burner (see photos). It was easy and worked great. It’s not exactly backpack light but the cup seems very sturdy like it will last to the next generation. The filter plunger runs the whole length of the cup and fits tightly enough that it took a little effort to pull it back out for cleaning. The only issue is cleaning it. How do you clean any French press maker without washing any grounds into the sink? I always end up washing the last 5% of grounds into the sink which my plumber says is not a good idea.It filtered the grounds well but you should still avoid the last little bit in the cup to avoid a mouthful of coffee grounds. I haven’t found a French press maker that filters the really fine grounds.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of coffee this makes. Oftentimes, a French press can make the coffee a bit grainy, especially those that are more affordable. Not only was this a very reasonable price, but I love the strength and texture of the coffee it makes. I even use it at home instead of my regular coffee machine, just putting it directly on the stove top. It makes a good sized cup of coffee for how small and light it is, a great combination for camping or rv-ing. We use it as a simple kettle as well to make teas and hot chocolates. It holds up well to travel, and is easy to clean when you’re in the field.

Gostei bastante.Além de robusta, é muito funcional e fácil de lavar.Se o fogo ficar concentrado apenas no fundo, a alça não esquenta o suficiente para queimar as mãos.

Makes great coffee and is well made. Not sure how long the rubber seals will last though and be aware this is huge. Not something for backpacking but more for packing in the car for camping trips
