Great set
Great set for a great price. All of the items included makes this such a great snag. I am happy with the quality of everything. Initially was just going to get the dough hook but this whole set has made the bread making process so much easier and more professional. The bread lame is another great bonus. I am not a sourdough expert by any means so if you’re very experienced this kit might not be the exact thing you need but for a beginner it’s great.

I can make better bread
I want to start off by saying that I was skeptical that this basket would improve my sourdough making but it has. I guess because it doesn’t retain moisture like my plastic tub did. Now, we are not talking a night and day difference, but I seem to get a more consistent loaf.First off, the shape is better but that is to be expected. Secondly, the liner and the brush make it much easier to clean. Just dust it with flour before adding your dough. After you are done you can brush off as much flour as you can and sit it out to dry. Or pick off/rinse any dough stuck to the liner.Will the basket itself hold up? I don’t know but I think so. The liner seems fine but of medium quality. But I have nothing to judge it against.One area where it is lacking is the accessories. The lame is fine and is easier than holding a blade in your hand and the cover, while fake, is a nice addition. Also, the brush is nice too. That said, the dough scrapers are not my favorite. The quality is what you would expect at the price, but the shape is what I don’t care for. Too squared off making them harder to use. Fortunately, I have others. The dough whisk totally isn’t for me. The dough does exactly what you don’t want it to do, sticks and badly. Plus, the handle is awful. Personally, I use a cold temperature professional scraper (looks like a silicon spatula) that was all of 2 dollars at a supply store but to each their own. (That said if you don’t have one, they are useful.)All of that said, the value as a package is still there. You are going to pay as much for the lame and the basket. So, if you have no other tools for sourdough, you will get some to start with. If you have other tools, maybe just buy the two-basket package.

Y’all these have definitely helped me get into bread baking of my sourdough journey. They perform greats and it came with all the pieces nothing was missing. The size of everything it perfect too. The tools are versatile too and can be used for other things not just sourdough. If y’all have a sourdough friend or someone who is just starting their sourdough journey this is definitely something they would love.

Starter set
This was bought as a gift. Very nice set for bread makers. Easy to use, and clean. Price for this set was comparable to others. I feel it will hold up due to the quality of material.

So far so good! At first I thought that the basket was quite small but it actually has enough room to proof a big loaf ! Blade instrument is amazing, as well as the dough cutter and the scraper. If you were to buy everything separately, it would end up costing way more than this bundle.
